Ive got a new phone and have put the usb cabel into it to try and get it to connect with my computer but it keeps saying that the phone is being recongnised. Does anyone else have this problem? Or know what to do?

Try uninstalling all the software for the phone, then putting it back in again. Make sure the lead is plugged into the computer (while it is switched on) before you plug the phone in.

I'd do what Kim suggested. Uninstall the software then put it back on and restart your computer. Switch the phone on before you plug it into the computer.

Its a vodaphone 810 its saying thought it isnt recognising it.
Ill uninatal it and keep you informed.
