    Sunday 18 November 2007

Realising they have to tell the family sooner or later about their relationship, Debbie (Charley Webb) and Eli (Joseph Gilgun) head over to the Dingle homestead to reveal the news of their relationship. An incredulous Zak (Steve Halliwell) tells them they must be mad and questions Debbie throwing her life away on Eli.

Lisa (Jane Cox) explains that they just don’t want to see her hurt, but Debbie is angry and leaves with Eli. Worried, Lisa heads over to see Debbie. She questions why she’s chosen to be with Eli, warning Debbie that he’ll just drag her down to his level. Debbie insists that she’s wrong, but does she really believe herself?

Unable to sleep, Victoria (Isabel Hodgins) confides in Jo (Roxanne Pallett) about the bullying she’s endured at school since the fire. Feeling an affiliation with her, Jo tells of her own experiences at the hand of the school bully and reveals that she took her own form of revenge and promises to help Victoria get rid of her bully too.

The next day, Victoria arranges to meet Danielle (Sophie McSheara) at the cricket pavilion but takes Jo as her secret weapon. Jo slams Danielle against a wall and warns that if she doesn’t leave Victoria alone, she’ll make her wish that she’d never been born. Will this intervention scare Danielle off for good?

Insisting to him that she’s put her criminal past behind her, Lee demands that it will take money to get him back out of her life and he knows that she has access to cash in the form of Carrie (Linda Lusardi) and the Kings. He demands 10k leaving her worried as she knows what he’s capable of.

Meanwhile, Carrie and Jimmy (Nick Miles) return from France, happy and relaxed. Carrie’s surprised to see Lexi turn up at the office and after some awkward exchanges, Lexi reveals the real reason for her visit – money. Carrie suggests that she’s in trouble and demands the truth but Lexi won’t be drawn. Desperate, she warns Carrie that if she doesn’t get the money, she’ll tell Scarlett (Kelsey-Beth Crossely) the truth about their relationship. Will Carrie give Lexi the money in order to keep her secret safe?

Elsewhere, still smarting about Daz's (Luke Tittensor) impromptu drinking session the day before, Sam (James Hooton) is alarmed when Samson (Ben Shooter) mistakenly drinks from a glass of vodka left in the kitchen. Duke (Dicken Ashworth) is concerned to see the ambulance taking Sam and Samson over to the hospital. The nurse at the hospital assures Sam that he’ll be ok, but he remains worried. Later Duke pays Sam a visit to check on Samson and is concerned when Sam reveals that he didn’t tell Lisa (Jane Cox) about what happened and doesn’t need to know. Will Duke feel obilged to tell Lisa?

    Tuesday 20 November

Carrie (Linda Lusardi) meets an impatient Lexi (Sally Oliver) who demands the money. Meanwhile, Lee (Drew Carter-Cain) flirts with a blushing Scarlett (Kelsey-Beth Crossley). Back at the pub, Carrie’s attempts to talk Lexi round fail, and when she refuses to give her the money to walk out of her life, Lexi leaves. Back outside she’s annoyed to see Lee with Scarlett. However when she tells Lee that she needs more time to get the money, he threatens to hurt Scarlett if she doesn’t have the money by 4pm.

Later whilst the driver is in the office, Lexi espies one of the King's goods trucks engine running and standing empty on Main Street. Unaware that Carl’s (Tom Lister) inside checking the stock, Lexi jumps in the cab and drives off, the force knocking Carl out. Parked up, Lexi calls Lee and asks him to meet her in an hour. Having come round, Carl starts banging and alerts a shocked Lexi to his presence. He forces her to explain everything and begins to understand her situation. When Lee turns up, Carl defends Lexi but Lee turns nasty and produces a baseball bat.

Elsewhere, Daz (Luke Tittensor) suggests that Penny (Amelia Sefton) say sorry to Sam (James Hooton) for all the trouble they casued with Samson (Ben Shooter), but she refuses, calling him a weirdo. The insult doesn’t go unheard by Sam. Later Duke (Dicken Ashworth) overhears Penny and Daz discussing the vodka incident and, assuming that Sam left the vodka lying around, heads over to Lisa (Jane Cox) to fill her in. Angry, Lisa confronts Sam and warns him that he must take better care of Samson.

    Wednesday 21 November

Lexi (Sally Oliver) wakes up in a cell, disbelieving of what’s gone on. Whilst Carrie (Linda Lusardi) tries to salvage things, Matthew (Matt Healy) insists that he wants the book thrown at her. However Carl’s (Tom Lister) statement gets her off the hook and she leaves the station without charge, much to Matthew’s annoyance. Carrie realises that they’re going to have to tell Scarlett the truth about who Lexi really is to her and the apprehensive pair head over to Brook Cottage. However they’re shocked when they arrive to find it having been trashed by a tearful Scarlett who reveals that she knows the truth about Lexi.

Meanwhile, when Jamie (Alex Carter) is unimpressed with her letter, Louise (Emily Symons) realises it’s going to take more to get her man back. Jamie insists he needs some time on his own and Louise worries that this could be the end. Resorting back to her self-help book, Louise ‘dresses to impress’. Will it be enough to win back her man or should she give up hope?

Elsewhere, Lisa (Jane Cox) voices her concerns to Zak (Steve Halliwell) about Sam (James Hooton), worrying that he’s lonely and struggling financially. Zak points out it’s a setback and that he must suffer in order to learn to deal with problems that occur in life. Whilst Lisa understands, she admits that the only thing that would make her happy would be for Sam and Samson (Ben Shooter) to move back home. Can they convince Sam to move back to the Dingle homestead?

    Thursday 22 November

Jamie (Alex Carter) returns to Connelton View and is disturbed to see the rabbit hutch empty and further worried to find a pot boiling on the stove. Finding Louise (Emily Symons) behind him brandishing a large kitchen knife, Jamie nervously questions the whereabouts of Stanley the rabbit but Louise laughs off his inferred accusations and reveals that she’s come round to cook him chicken casserole for lunch. However they both realise there’s still the problem of a missing rabbit.

They both head off to search enlisting Marlon (Mark Charnock) and Paddy’s (Dominic Brunt) help. Jamie and Louise end up squabbling resulting in Louise stumbling backwards and ending up sat in muddy water furious with what’s happened but can't helping laughing about their predicament. Could a reconcilation be on the the cards?

Meanwhile, while searching for the rabbit, Marlon and Paddy continue to search but are shocked when they come across a bag in a ditch which contains Rosemary’s driving licence.

Elsewhere, Jimmy (Nick Miles) is embarrassed when Carrie (Linda Lusardi) proclaims that she couldn’t have got through her problems without him. As they hug, she can’t help herself and kisses him once again. For once, Jimmy succumbs but they’re soon interrupted by the arrival of Scarlett.

Matthew is more than sympathetic and suggests that he takes the afternoon off to be with her and go horse-riding. Later, Perdy admits doesn’t know whether she still loves Gray. When Matthew comes off his horse, the two share a moment and are soon kissing passionately in the woods.

Scarlett (Kelsey-Beth Crossley) is still smarting about the previous day’s events and is convinced that Carrie (Linda Lusardi) and Jimmy (Nick Miles) have been seeing each other. Lexi (Sally Oliver) accuses Carrie of being a hypocrite after she warned him off Carl (Tom Lister). Seeing that a relationship with Jimmy would cause nothing but trouble, Carrie tells him that their kiss can’t go any further.

All over each other, Louise (Emily Symons) and Jamie (Alex Carter) are officially back together and prepare to tell everyone. However more important events take over when Terry (Billy Hartman) discovers that Buffy is no more after passing away during the night, and charges the loved up couple with the job of telling Viv (Deena Payne) the bad news.
