EXT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Nick and Vicky have arrived at Jenkins Manor. They get out of the car, with horrified expressions on their faces as they see Jenkins Manor ablaze.
Nick: Oh my god! What the hell's happened!? What's going on?!
In the distance, Nick can see Richard getting into an ambulance with Michelle. Nick and Vicky then turn to see the police, dragging out a body from the flames. They both turn to each other with worried looks on their faces.

Nick and Vicky then turn to see the police, dragging out a body from the flames. They both turn to each other with worried looks on their faces.
Vicky: Oh God…
Nick: Don’t worry, okay, just stay calm…
Nick and Vicky walk over towards the paramedics, and the body bag.
Policeman: I’m sorry but you’ll have to stay clear, this is now a crime scene…
Nick: We live here, what’s happened!?
Policeman: Suspected arson attack…
Nick: Is everyone okay!?
Policeman: A young lady has been taken to hospital…and then we have this fellow…
Vicky is unable to look at the body bag, feeling sick.
The paramedics open the body bag to reveal Kyle’s motionless body.
Vicky: Oh god…
Policeman: Do you know who he is?
Nick: Yes it’s Kyle Williams, the father of my fiancé’s child…
Vicky: Oh god Kyle…what was he doing here? I can’t believe it…he’s dead…
Policeman: We may need to you to answer some questions at somepoint…
Vicky: Why!?
Policeman: Oh it’s just routine, nothing to worry about…and if you can both come down to the mortuary to officially confirm that it’s Mr Williams…
Nick: Yeah sure officer, but if you don’t mind, I’d like to go to the hospital, to see how my sister is doing…
Policeman: That’s not a problem Mr Taylor, we understand…
Nick puts his arm around Vicky and walks away from the police officer.
Vicky: I don’t think I can keep this act up Nick…
Nick: Well you’re gonna have to babe, you have to keep it together…

INT. PAIGNTON POLICE STATION – NIGHT
Iqbal sits down alone in the interview room, nervously awaiting the return of the inspector; he is shaking, coming to terms with the events of the day. The inspector returns.
Iqbal: Can I go now?
Inspector: Yes you can, we have nothing to suggest that you were involved in Mr Singh’s death…
Iqbal: That’s because I wasn’t, and nor was Sanjita…
Inspector: You understand that we may need to ask you further questions when the results of the post mortem get back to us…
Iqbal: You what?
Inspector: Well if you’re both as innocent as you proclaim to be, then it shouldn’t be too much of a problem eh?
Iqbal: I’ve had enough of this, I’m going…
Iqbal gets up and walks past the inspector.
Inspector: Very well Mr Singh, but please don’t leave the area…
Iqbal leaves the room and out into the corridor where Sanjita is nervously awaiting him, the pair hug one another, free from police custody.
Sanjita: Oh thank god I was so worried…
Iqbal: It’s ok now, it’s all over, we’re fine…come on let’s go home…
As the pair begin to walk of the station, Andonis walks through the front entrance, a look of anger on his face...

INT. TORBAY HOSPITAL - NIGHT
The doors to the A&E department swing open as the parademics wheel Michelle through on a trolley, Richard tries to keep up the pace, a look of sheer worry on his face.
Richard: It's all going to be okay Michelle, just please...please stay with us...
A doctor rushes over to the parademics...
Doctor: Ok what we dealing with here?
Parademic: Michelle Howard. Smoke inhilation, burns, a severe knock to the head...
Richard: Is she going to be okay!? I'm her father...
Doctor: We'll do our best for your daughter sir...
The paraedemics wheel her through a set of doors, a nurse stops Richard from following and directs him towards the waiting room. Just as he's about to sit down Tanya and Simon rush into the A&E department, worried.
Tanya: Dad!
Richard: Tanya, thank goodness you're here...
Tanya: What's happened!?
Richard: That bitch, she's burnt down the manor...god just as I thought she was out of our lives...
Tanya: God I could kill her!
Richard: You and me both, but she's probably on a first class flight to the Caribean by now...
Simon: Was it just Michelle in the house!? What about Charlie!?
Richard: I've phoned around, everyone's ok...it's just Michelle...
Tanya: How does she look?
Richard: I'm no doctor, but it doesn't look good...
The three of them look through the window into the ward where the doctors are huddled around her.

Richard, Tanya and Simon are sat in the waiting room, in silence, on edge to hear about Michelle's condition. Nick and Vicky rush into the hospital, looking flustered.
Richard: Nick...
Nick: How is she doing dad?
Richard: She's in theatre at the moment...
Nick: Oh god...
Simon: They're doing the best they can...
Nick: I can't believe this is all happening...
Vicky, looking weak, takes a seat, Nick sits down beside her.
Tanya: Are you okay Vic', you look awful...
Nick: It's been a hard night for us all...
Richard: Have they put out the fire son?
Nick: They were still fighting it when we left.
Tanya: I...just can't believe that bitch! She's nearly killed her own daughter! Has she got any morals!?
Richard: Let's all just calm down, we can't let her get to us, that's just what she would have wanted...
Nick: Let's just hope Michelle pulls through or she'll have two murders on her hands...
Richard: Why?...What do you mean by that!?
Nick: Michelle wasn't the only person in there night, Kyle was there...and he's dead...
Richard, Tanya and Simon look shocked at Nick's sudden anouncement...

Sanjita walks to Andonis and tries to comfort him but he resists.
Andonis: Kash didn't jump....you both killed him!
Iqbal: What?! You can't seriously be standing up for him! He kidnapped your mother and tried to kill her!
Andonis: That's no reason to push him off a cliff!
Iqbal: We didn't! When he realised what he’d done he ran over to the edge and jumped, I tried to stop him but I just couldn’t!
Andonis: I don't believe you! The pair of you wished him dead too many times! Dad would never have given in like this!
Sanjita: I know this is hard for you...
Andonis: (interrupts) I've lost my dad! You have no idea! You may have fooled the police but you can't fool me! I know you were behind this and i'll be damn sure to prove it!
Sanjita and Iqbal look at each other, concerned.
