Because they think Zoe is the real Zoe which is nurse, as she killed her- so her real name is Eve. She has not been doing much Damage.. And she has plated it all on Mark. Josie is the only one that know that Mark is not the stalker.

Zoe and kim did date but than he broke it off as she was moving to far…
