Where's Les supposed to be?

I realise Bruce has left the show but how have they explained the absence of Les? It seems as if everyones just forgotten about him!

It was mentioned by Cilla that he went on tour with one of his bands which explains his absence, i think..

yep he's currently serving as a roadie, and sending a bit of dosh home i think. dunno how this is gonna work once Cilla leaves though.
