    'Mary Had A Little Pram'

    Pepper utilizes the fact that Kevin’s now trapped with her to help get Mary onside. The pair stage a romantic ‘reunion’ for Mary’s benefit, assuming this is what she wants. Mary buys the ruse and eager to help the ‘lovebirds’ along, tries to recreate the atmosphere of their first night together. Pepper recklessly uses the candles to start a blaze, telling Mary she may be pregnant with her grandchild. Spurred into action, Mary unlocks the door and rushes in to save her precious baby things but ends up trapped in the flames with Pepper…

    Paul finally discovers that his medical condition is life threatening. Reeling, Paul tries to re-establish his relationship with Elle but she thinks it’s another lame attempt to trick her and promptly hands him some ‘pocket money’ before sending him on his way. Crestfallen, Paul faces the realisation that he may die alone and unloved.

    After being constantly plagued by his conscience since fleeing town, Ned returns determined to atone for his crimes. Wary that Ned could ruin her plans if he goes to the police, Elle scrambles to come up with an alternative.

    Much as it pains her, Elle continues to keep her unrequited love for Oliver under wraps, even refusing to take advantage of fragile Carmella’s battle with her medication.

    'The Naked Truce'

    Pepper saves Mary from the fire and watches as she’s carted off to gaol. Pepper feels as though the worst is behind her – until she starts having frightening hallucinations about Mary and the baby room every time she’s alone. Burying her turmoil, Pepper pretends she had just been on a holiday – but Rosie suspects there’s something else going on with her best friend she’s not letting on.

    Rachel and Zeke can see Karl’s agitated by Susan’s absence, but maturely decide to let him come to them if he wants to talk. Karl doesn’t take that option, however, and draws the wrong conclusions when he discovers that Susan isn’t with Lyn – and that Tom has mysteriously taken the day off. Assuming Susan is in Tom’s hotel room, Karl barges in and acts like a fool – only proving to Tom just how much Karl doesn’t deserve Susan’s love.

    The teens have been presented with ‘egg babies’ at school to take care of. Rachel’s having a tough time being partnered with Ringo, as he seems keener on cooking it than caring for it. Zeke meanwhile is doing all he can to avoid being alone with Lolly, thanks to his growing crush on her.

    Steph struggles with one of Toadie’s many character traits: he likes to get about the house in the nude! Toadie initially jokes about Steph’s reluctance to ‘nude up’, but soon realises she’s still struggling with her residing body issues. With Toadie’s love and support Steph faces up to the challenge.

    'When The Tom Drops'

    Down and out, Paul meets a like minded soul in ‘Fox’, a street smart nineteen year old who encourages ‘evil’ Paul to bring Elle down and regain control of his Empire before he dies.

    Karl has a private epiphany and realises Tom is no threat to his marriage. Resolved to work things out with Susan, he concentrates on Zeke and Rachel’s welfare. His change of mood only increases Rachel and Zeke’s worry. When they clock a stand off between Tom and Karl at the ScarletBar, they vow to assist Karl by declaring war on Tom at school. Shaken Tom hands out detentions and calls Karl to deal with the fracas. When Karl discovers the source of Zeke’s bad behaviour he confidently reassures Zeke that his relationship with Susan is strong. Karl intends to do all he can to save his marriage, but undignified fighting with Tom is not one of them.

    Jealous Charlotte plots against Rosie and Frazer, manipulating her way into Frazer’s home in an attempt to seduce him. Frazer, loyal and in love with Rosie, gently rejects Charlotte’s advances. Peeved that she has been spurned by Frazer yet again, Charlotte attacks his lack of manhood. On a tip off from Lolly, Rosie arrives home to find Charlotte rushing from the house, dishevelled and apologetic. Rosie can’t help but fear the worst – has Frazer has been unfaithful?!

    Confused about his growing attraction for Lolly, Zeke becomes more physical in his affection with Bree, but his advances only leave her bemused.

    'Cheat, Fink and be Terry'

    Toadie uncovers evidence that Terrence Chesterton has a track record of playing 'spiritualist' to grief-stricken clients, taking advantage and fleeing with their money. The Ramsay Street residents are devastated at the news – none more so than Sky, whose anger leads to violence when she discovers she’s been betrayed…

    Rosie learns the truth about Frazer's relationship with Charlotte - they were together for two years and fleeced casinos as professional 'card-counters'. Rosie's threatened when Frazer admits their relationship was based on the physical, but Frazer makes it clear he is a changed man and only has eyes for Rosie. Her insecurities replaced by anger, Rosie confronts Charlotte and makes it clear that nothing she says or does will ever affect Rosie and Frazer's relationship again.

    Boyd returns home faced with a new housemate - Toadie. Steph's worried when Boyd takes the news too well; it's clear Boyd's hiding his dejection. The heat's turned up on Boyd when he's met with stony silence at the General Store - and then breaks down in front of Charlotte while intending to beg for his job back! Charlotte agrees to take Boyd back and he’s grateful for her apparent largesse…

    'Sugar Hit'

    Sky returns, shocked and silent after assaulting Terrence. Ignorant to what Sky’s done, Harold comforts her and she breaks down as her delayed grief for Stingray finally finds an outlet. But her inconsolable state causes Lou to wonder if Terrence did more than just lie to Sky about his psychic abilities. Harold urges her to open up and Sky confesses she’s done something terrible. Lou and Harold accompany her to the General Store, expecting to confront Terrence, but instead they receive an unexpected shock – he’s dead!

    Charlotte panics when she realises Terrence has been sprung and finds him unconscious in the General Store. But when Terrence awakes and explains himself, Charlotte goes into meltdown and delivers a fatal blow. Reeling, Charlotte returns to the surgery to hide the evidence but falls into a passionate embrace with her assistant, Boyd.

    While scheming Paul tries to sabotage Oliver and Elle’s plans, Carmella tries her best to help them score a huge business deal for Lassiter’s. But after an attack of the nerves, Carmella wonders if one more little pill would do the trick…

    Still disgusted by Ned’s shady past, angry Janae shuns some wise advice he offers her on life and boxing.

    Bemused Karl rejects Bree’s well-meant tips on romance and relationships, confident that Susan will return to him.
