Pepper is knocked over the head and locked up in the baby’s bedroom by Mary, where haunting memories of what Pepper’s past could have been surround her. Unable to leave, Pepper soon realises how unstable Mary is and her chances of escape look to be near impossible. It seems Mary is intent on making Pepper suffer for a long time for what she believes Pepper has put her through…
Paul is reeling from the shock that Elle and Oliver have taken over everything he owns. At first Paul tries to sweet talk his way back into Elle’s heart, but when she remains defiant, the real Paul Robinson emerges. Breaking into the house, Paul verbally threatens his own daughter. Elle’s alarmed, but calls the police who end up escorting Paul out of his home - and out of the life he’s lost thanks to greed and dominance.
Carmella realises Elle has deep feelings for Oliver that go beyond friendship. However, instead of acting jealously, Carmella feels pity for Elle and her unrequited love. Wanting to help, Carmella suggests that Elle spend some time away from Oliver to get her life back on track – but will Elle be able to do it?
After their setback last week, Frazer takes it upon himself to clear the air with Rosie. Wanting an honest and open friendship, Frazer speaks about intimate issues with Rosie, which they both handle maturely. Rosie suspects Frazer has unresolved issues with facing the scene of his accident.

Pepper’s attempts to escape Mary’s clutches only serve to increase her captor’s wrath. Determined to bend Pepper to her will – and show her the consequences of her wicked actions - Mary ties Pepper to a chair and sends covering text messages from Pepper’s mobile phone. Finding her phone, Pepper tries alerting Rosie to her plight but Mary catches her in the act, placing Pepper in greater danger than ever!
Though he tries putting a brave face on it, Frazer struggles to accept what he’s lost post-accident. Keen to make Frazer see there’s no reason for him to completely turn his back on his old life, Rosie hatches a plan to rekindle Frazer’s gambling passion for horses. The ploy works and the couple share a sexy smooch. Scared he’ll be unable to provide Rosie with everything she wants, Frazer backs off. Soothing his fears, Rosie vows that the only thing she wants is him.
When another teacher pulls out, Susan’s forced into joining the Year Ten school camp. Tom’s delighted by the development but Zeke and Rachel are deeply wary. Susan determinedly keeps her distance from Tom. But when a Ringo practical joke forces a change in sleeping arrangements, Susan’s forced to share a tent with Tom! Can they resist temptation?
Fresh air and young girls – particularly Lolly – in bikinis throw poor Zeke into a ball of hormonal angst.
Thursday 19th July
When Susan receives a phone call from Karl, she’s unable to hide her frustration and off loads on Tom. Swept up in the moment, and subconsciously punishing Karl, Susan almost shares a passionate kiss, witnessed by Lolly who’s convinced they did in fact kiss. When Lolly details what she ‘thinks’ she saw, Ringo insists they keep it a secret from Rachel and Zeke. Feeling awkward, given Tom’s heartfelt declaration, Susan things it’s best she leaves camp. She’s thrown when Tom challenges her decision – she can run, but she can’t hide from her feelings for him.
Abandoned and bereft Paul heads to Lassiter’s for a meal and a room, only to be booted out yet again. Bunking down in Ned’s empty flat, Paul’s rage is inflamed when he finds a ‘charity’ parcel of food, left by Elle. At ScarletBar, he’s forced to swallow more public humiliation when Steph tells him he no longer has a tab. To add insult to injury, his prized black credit card is also rejected. In a final bid to win back his empire, he seeks the assistance of Charlotte, offering her $100,000 to forge a medical report that would rule him of unsound mind when he signed his company over to Elle. Will Charlotte agree to the ruse?
Toadie panics when clients from Sydney expect to meet his not-existent Swedish girlfriend, Astrid. He pleads with Steph to play the part for one night. She agrees against better judgement. Unbeknownst to Toadie, Steph reveals her true Aussie self at the dinner and forces the crass and sexist clients to sign the contract that closes a lucrative business deal for Toadie’s law firm.
Friday 20th July
Sceptics gather to prove Sky is disabused about Terrance’s credentials. Terrance, primed by research, plays with his detractors, telling Susan that Alex disapproves of her remarriage, and warning Toadie that Dee isn’t happy about Steph. Lou, Susan and Toadie remain hostile but, to Sky’s relief, Janelle is convinced. The two believers reunite to scatter Stingray’s ashes at the skate park.
Charlotte panics when Steph brings Charlie in for his immunizations. Too nervous to give the jab, Charlotte can only pretend to give Charlie the vaccines. Terrence urges Charlotte to accept Paul’s bribe but Charlotte’s spooked by one too many close calls – besides, her belated research indicates Paul may actually be critically ill. Terrence doesn’t see this as a disadvantage – a witness / patsy who bumps himself off is even better.
With Charlotte’s medications lowering her inhibitions, Carmella blithely tells Rosie that Rosie’s reuniting with Frazer because he’s now no longer a troubling contender for intimate relations. Rosie’s hurt, and troubled by Carmella’s change of personality. Rosie approaches Charlotte, who fobs her off, cleverly arguing it’s Rosie who is the one with the problem.
Unsettled by Susan’s marital problems and Terrence’s certainty that Dee disapproves of Steph, Toadie gets cold feet about moving in with Steph.
