    Cool Emmerdale Spoilers 8th - 13th July

    After Grayson cancels their trip away Perdy is devastated that he's also cancelled the surrogacy appointment, and vents her frustration at Rosemary. Rosemary goes to visit Perdy's doctor and picks up some Malaria tablets for a trip. Taking Grayson to one side Rosemary tells him that Perdy's been avoiding taking her tablets. They agree that Rosemary will monitor Perdy's medication from now on. Later, she adds the Malaria tablets to Perdy's drink. What does it mean for Perdy now Rosemary is in control?

    Meanwhile, Eli continues to hound Marlon, getting a free breakfast for himself, Sam and Shadrach. When he asks him for room to store stolen goods Marlon objects, realising what it would mean for Donna's career if the truth came out. Instead he gives Eli money to pay for a van and tells him to stop the threats. Is this enough to stave off Eli's villainy?

    As Pearl struggles to find a house Pollard jumps in telling her that he is willing to buy the cottage and give her her job at the factory back so she can pay for the rent. Will Pearl see through this latest Pollard ploy?


    9th July (ALANS BIRTHDAY)
    Pearl takes a cake round to Pollard's to thank him for his efforts to get her house back. When he reveals that he's purchased it Pearl is absolutely delighted and drags him off round the village singing his praises. However, Betty and Edna remained convinced he has an ulterior motive and question him. After Sandy points out he may be interested in something else Pearl comes home to a bottle of brandy on her doorstep. When she arrives at Pollard's for dinner he proposes a toast to the future. Misunderstanding him, Pearl rushes to tell Edna and Betty that Pollard is in love with her.

    Meanwhile, David finally asks Jasmine out on a second date. Dumping Debbie, Jasmine invites David round for a drink. As the wine continues to flow Debbie arrives home and Jasmine asks her to stay for dinner with them. Will David and Jasmine ever find some time alone?

    After seeing a nursery job in the local magazine Ashley tells Emily to apply. When Sam and Bob also support her application she's convinced. However, Debbie spoils her mood by reminding them that Sarah goes there and she won't get the job. Ashley is quick to rush to her defence, unwittingly intensifying her feelings.

    10th July

    After Sam confides to Emily that he wants to do something to mark the anniversary of Alice's death she tells Ashley. The pair of them tcome up with an idea of hold a memorial service but Sam is furious that Emily betrayed his confidence. Later Sam tells Emily that she should not persue Ashley further. But at Mulberry Cottage Emily misreads the signs from Ashley and attempts to kiss him. He is mortified and pushes her away. How will this rejection damage Emily's fragile state of mind?

    Meanwhile, Pearl asks Ashley to call in sick for her, but when she runs into David at the shop he explains that his father values her. Pearl realises that she may have feelings for Pollard too and confides this to a shocked Betty and Edna. Does POllard really feel the same?

    Elsewhere, Terry gets a taste of Duke's humiliating personal training. When Andrea turns up in the village Terry insists she stays at the B&B and she readily accepts. Has he found a way to distract himself from Duke?


    11th July

    After Emily's embarrassment the previous evening Paul, Sam and Ashley grow increasingly concerned when they can't find her. Knowing that she's tried to commit suicide before they race to the lake. Will they reach her in time?

    Meanwhile Terry formulates a plan when a new cricket bat arrives for TJ. When Andrea says that Terry needs to teach her to how to play, he has reservations, but Louise persuades him. Duke invites himself along and becomes competitive with Terry, ending with Terry smashing the pavilion window. Duke's further put downs embarrass Terry in front of Andrea. Will his father's old issues scupper Terry's chance of romance?

    After overhearing Donna and Marlon talking about Lilith's sentence Luke steals biscuits from the Hopes van. Eli catches him but incredibly joins in. Still upset, Luke talks to Eli about his worries for his mum. Eli assures him that she's done nothing wrong, but when Donna and Marlon refuse to let Luke go to court he storms out. What will happen to the Dingle kids?


    12th July

    Marlon and Donna take the kids to court, expecting Lilith to be sent down. However, Eli tells Luke that his mum will get off. As Donna, Eli, Zak and the kids wait outside Marlon leaves the courtroom explaining that the case has fallen through as they can't find the main witness. Eli looks on with a wry smile. Will Eli continue his plan to thwart Marlon and Donna's dreams of happiness?

    Emily is offered the job at the playgroup, but as she sits playing with the children Andy enters and threatens to withdraw Sarah from the group. As Andy tries to persuade other parents to support him, Mrs Cowling has a dilemma leaving Emily with no other option than to withdraw her application. When Sam offers to talk to Ashley, Emily loses it and decides to move away. But will Emily follow through with her threat?

    Terry is reluctant to get together with Andrea but when she offers to buy him lunch he relents. They are greeted by a smug looking Jamie and Duke who leave allowing Terry and Andrea to be alone. The evening goes well until Ashley interrupts explaining his plans for a memorial service for Dawn, leaving an awkward atmosphere. Andrea realising that Dawn was TJ's mum feels that the time isn't right for a relationship and Terry agrees. Will Terry and Andrea change their minds and start a relationship?

    13th July

    Marlon and Donna find it hard to say goodbye to the kids as they leave to start a new life with Lilith in Ireland. As Eli arrives to say goodbye, Lilith thanks him for his help. Marlon questions what help he gave, so Lilith covers saying that he had helped with the ferry tickets. Later, Marlon and Donna decide that it's time to try and start their own family, but Eli turns up forcing Marlon to allow him to stay the night. Marlon is left feeling angry and frustrated. But will he put Eli in his place?

    Ashley holds a remembrance service for the victims of the house collapse. Terry is having difficulty explaining to TJ what is going on and TJ gets upset as he expected to see his mum there. Duke offers to take him away for a while, however when he returns TJ is still upset. Duke tells Terry he has a plan to explain to TJ whats happening and disappears. Duke finally returns with a balloon for TJ to give to his mum and he releases it into the sky. Is Duke's kind gesture a sign of friendship towards Terry?

    Jack books Diane into the spa for some pampering before the memorial service. Later Daz tells her that his Dad and Val will be returning the next day, leaving her nervous. To help her relax she tries to get Jack to join her for a few drinks in Hotten but he refuses telling her that he has too much work to do. Will Diane be able to cope with the imminent return of Billy and Val?
