I thought that Leanne needed to raise £20k anyway for her stake when Carla was still going to be her partner. How come she still needs £20k. Seems an unreasonably small amount if that's what it's going to cost for Leanne to buy the restaurant outright.

My thoughts exactly. Carla definitely told Leanne she needed 20k for her share. Maybe Leanne's paying Luca the missing 20k another way

More sadness for the Connors, it was obvious that Paul's death would hit Liam the hardest, bet I know where he's gone (still can't get used to the fact that there will be no more Paul Friday's scene with the empty chair in the office got me again )

What is Jamie playing at? One minute he is slagging Leanne off, the next he is being all matey and what's more he knows that Liam doesn't want her anywhere near him. Also
    Spoiler:
Jamie is suppose to be giving Leanne a worse time than he gave her during the famous triangle

Sounds like Blanche is on form as usual and we have the much needed comedy to lighten things up.

Trust Vernon to put his foot in it. More trouble ahead, but hopefully this will mean that young Ryan will get a look in for a change. (Also hope Michelle or Steve come to that smacks Vernon one)

David being a bugger again and really excelling himself this time.

Glad that Eileen is having a good look in these days and looks like she will have plenty of romance coming her way!

More exceelnt times ahead in Corrie!

    More spoilers!

Janice finds even more to open her big mouth about this week, when her fleeting flame Roger returns, determined to decide whether the pair are going to be more than just good friends.
The bad-tempered knicker-stitcher instantly perks up, but it seems the handyman isn't prepared for the family baggage his new amour is carrying.
He becomes involved in Leanne's restaurant dilemma when the two women approach him for advice on how to raise the rest of the cash.
At first he appears more than helpful, but when he discovers the means by which Leanne acquired what money she has already got, he promptly walks out, disgusted his girlfriend's stepdaughter was an escort.
Elsewhere, Violet is desperate for a baby, telling her best-friend Sean by explaining she has been going out with men she didn't really like in order to find herself pregnant.
The barman is shocked by how far she is prepared to go and suggests another way she could get the child she so badly wants.
Meanwhile, Steve tries to comfort Michelle and books a holiday to Spain for them and Ryan, but is dismayed when the dark-haired beauty tells him she needs to spend time with her son alone.
Claire remains unconvinced of Casey's innocence and Blanche conducts her own wake in the Rovers.
