Marie Osmond's teenage son has committed suicide.

According to Entertainment Tonight, 18-year-old Michael Blosil jumped from his apartment building in Los Angeles on Friday night.

He left a suicide note explaining that he decided to kill himself because of a battle with depression which made him feel as if he had no friends and would never fit in.

Osmond said: "My family and I are devastated and are in deep shock by the tragic loss of our dear Michael and ask that everyone respect our privacy during this difficult time."

Meanwhile, her brother Donny said: "Please pray for my sister and her family."

Donny and Marie's Las Vegas show has been cancelled tonight.

Michael Blosil's suicide note has been found in his apartment, reports claim.

The son of singer Marie Osmond was found dead after leaping off his apartment window in Los Angeles, California on Friday night.

The message was left to a female friend, thought to be his only good friend according to TMZ.

Sources have revealed that the note contains details of Blosil's unhappiness and signalled indirectly that he wanted to end his life.

Michael Blosil, the 18-year-old son of Marie Osmond, took his own life Friday night after leaping to his death from his Los Angeles apartment. Blosil reportedly suffered from severe depression, and back in 2007, the then 16-year-old entered rehab for undisclosed treatment.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell is reportedly wanted for questioning by police after allegedly punching and slapping her driver.

The star apparently assaulted her driver on Tuesday afternoon in New York City's East Side as he pulled over to speak to a traffic agent, reports People.

A spokesperson for the 39-year-old said that Campbell would "co-operate voluntarily" with authorities investigating the incident.

Campbell, who has previously been convicted for assaulting a police officer and a housekeeper, recently said that she "regrets" her behaviour in recent years.

Glamour model Danielle Lloyd has confirmed that she is pregnant with her first child.

The Celebrity Big Brother contestant, who is engaged to footballer Jamie O'Hara, made the announcement via her publicist earlier today.

"I am pleased to confirm that Danielle Lloyd and Jamie O'Hara are expecting their first child," said Lloyd's rep.

"Danielle is due to give birth at the end of July and is very excited but slightly nervous at the prospect of becoming a mum. Danielle was overjoyed with the news that she was expecting.

"Having been a sufferer of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, she was once told that she would never be able to have children, which makes the news even more exciting. Following a very difficult 12 months, Danielle and Jamie are looking forward to the future and the start of their own family."

According to The Sun, Lloyd and O'Hara, who have been dating for nearly a year, will wed in June, 2011.

Hollywood stars Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart have become first-time parents - the actress gave birth to a baby girl in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

Dane revealed the sex of his baby in a recent interview, but insisted he and his wife would wait to see their daughter before naming her.

He explained, "Rebecca wants to see her before we start calling her it... You want to make sure the name sticks."

But he confirmed the pair have had a couple of names in mind for some time - and neither are bizarre showbusiness names: "We went straight down the middle."

The baby's name and other labour details had not been released yet.

The pair, who have three girls, are said to be "delighted" to be expanding their brood again.

Former model Jools is due to give birth in September.

She joined Poppy Honey, seven and Daisy Boo, six, with the couple sticking to floral themes for all their names.

Jools, who suffers from polycystic ovaries, has been open about her problems conceiving in the past.

She opted to take fertility drugs when her and Jamie first started trying for children but conceived unaided for the birth of their second child.

Meanwhile, Jamie - who is said to earn around £7 million a year from his books, TV deals and restaurants - has discussed his wife's love of kids and her early desire to start a family.

He previously explained: "She just wanted to be a mother and that was it. I didn't understand at all.

"Until she became a mother, I never understood how honest she was being."

Marie Osmond's son will be laid to rest at the beginning of next week.

Michael Blosil passed away at the weekend after allegedly jumping from his apartment building.

Osmond's representative Alan Nierob has now confirmed that the family will hold a private funeral on Monday, People reports.

The ceremony will be held in Utah, the Osmonds' home state.

Osmond is expected to return to her Las Vegas residency with her brother Donny on Tuesday.
