Having been accused by her ex, Bryan McFadden, of being an unfit mother, Kerry Katona is said to be "overjoyed" by the news that she is no longer under investigation by social services.


It is claimed that Katona, 26, neglected her children Molly, five, and Lilly-Sue, three. Indeed Kerry's estranged mum, Sue, recently branded her daughter "an out-of-control coke-head".


But social services have concluded that there are no concerns regarding the children's welfare, prompting a spokespman for Katona to tell the Mirror: "There's been some very nasty things said but anyone who knows her knows she didn't deserve it."

Ms Dynamite is in hospital after being involved in high speed car crash with AC/DC singer Brian Johnson.


The unlikely incident occurred on the finale for Sky reality TV show The Race, presented by Denise Van Outen, when Johnson's car clipped the back of Ms Dynamite's vehicle at the Silverstone circuit in Northamptonshire.


The Mercury Award winning singer, real name Niomi McLean-Daley, was described as conscious and talking following the crash before being later treated at the track's medical centre. She was then airlifted to Northampton General Hospital as a precautionary measure.


A spokesperson for the show said: "She doesn't appear to have any serious injuries, but she is bound to be very shaken."


The Race has been dogged by problems. Just last week after Chris Tarrant's estranged wife Ingrid Tarrant was treated for injuries after crashing a three ton truck.

Rumours are spreading that Brad and Ange are already planning to extend their multicultural family by adopting yet another baby from abroad.

The couple sparked the news when they visited an orphanage in India and spent over an hour playing with the children. They showered the deprived children with toys and were even said to be rolling around the floor with them.

Another day, another twist in the tale of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s messy divorce.

According to reports, ‘Fedex’ – as he has been named – is trying to sell a sex tape of the two which was recorded on their honeymoon.

Kevin is insisting that the only way to stop him selling the four-hour tape is if Britters caves in to his demands of a £16 million settlement and full custody of the couple’s children.

K-Fed is claiming that he has already been offered £26 million for the tape, even more than he wants from Britters.

Britney is terrified that the tape would ruin her image and her appeal to her younger fans.

We doubt it – surely it will just put yet another nail in the coffin that is Fedex’s career!
