'Turn of Fraze'

To cope with Rosie’s rejection Paul seeks out an old flame but discovers he has no desire for anyone but Rosetta. He’s obsessed and can’t think or flirt with anyone else. Pepper tries to counsel Paul and despite herself is attracted to him. Rosie’s rejection of Paul has made way for Frazer, who now believes he can win Rosie’s heart. As he takes Rosie on their official date to Lassiter’s the natural rapport between them is obvious. Rosie looks at Frazer in a different light and is wooed by his warmth and humour. Paul actively works towards sabotaging their lunch date – but his schemes only bring Rosie and Frazer closer together. The pair shares a loving kiss, witnessed by irate Paul. Pepper advises Paul that the competition for Rosie’s heart may be over, but Paul warns – he makes the rules, it’s not over till he says so.
Despite her high hopes Sky’s disappointed by the lack of simpatico she shares with her local mothers group, all very conservative and middle aged. Sky calls in Stingray to ‘play’ her husband and the pair fool the other mothers into thinking they are a young, married couple with the world at their feet. An annoyed Harold witnesses their game playing and scolds Sky for what he sees as immature and narrow-minded behaviour.
'Friend or Crow'

Tortured by her secret knowledge of Max’s whereabouts, Janae attempts to make contact with Max but panics at the last minute and chickens out. Boyd gets romantic to overcome the bad patch in his marriage and apologises to Janae for his recent behaviour. However, when Boyd reveals he thinks he sees Max every day, Janae realizes Boyd can’t move on until his father returns home and knows she must do something about it.
When Toadie keeps Steph at arm’s length, she assumes he’s no longer interested in her. But when Karl tells Steph the truth about Toadie’s precarious medical condition she confronts Toadie about his lies and learns he didn’t want Steph’s love to become pity. But Steph pledges to stand by Toadie no matter what and they both look forward to their future together.
Sky’s forced to choose between her job and her baby. Harold offers to look after Kerry so Sky can keep her job but is Harold’s proposition as selfless as it seems?
Janae finds hateful graffiti at the garage and accuses Pepper of staging a hate campaign against her own mother.
Pepper is intrigued by Ned’s secret new career but he keeps mum, leading Pepper to wonder if Ned’s a gigolo!
Susan struggles to cope when Karl buys a rooster – and Karl winds her up by pretending he’s recycling more than the household rubbish!
'The Ghost Who Walks'

Boyd is overjoyed when Max returns home and welcomes him back without question. Janae is worried by Boyd’s naivety, knowing full well that at least one person she loves is about to get hurt. Unlike Boyd, Steph is deeply conflicted. Toadie convinces himself that Steph will remain loyal to him but Boyd is confident the Hoyland marriage will pick up where it left off. The truth is more complicated – Steph initially expresses her anger at Max, but softens enough to let him nurse Charlie. Max’s hopes rise until Steph delivers the heartbreaking news that their marriage is over.
Dumped by Carmella, Will plans on leaving Erinsborough until Dylan challenges him to stay and fight for the woman he loves – even if it means telling the truth and copping her hatred. Will invites Carmella to dinner and finally spills the ‘shameful’ secret – he’s rich…ridiculously rich.
Dylan openly declares that he’s willing to do anything to win Elle back. While Elle plays it cool, it’s clear she plans on milking this for all it’s worth…
Will catches Ned stealing Frazer’s horseracing tips and makes him realize the error of his ways. But when Will tries to convince Ned that he’s not up to the gambling lifestyle, Ned becomes all the more determined to prove him wrong.
'One Steph At A Time'

Max tries to deal with the devastating news: Steph loves Toadie. Boyd is delighted by his father’s return and gets angry when Steph tells him things can’t revert to how they were before Max disappeared. Boyd convinces Max to fight for Steph and Max reassures his son he’s here to do just that. Meanwhile, Janae decides to ease Steph’s tough decision by revealing her belief that Max was having an affair. Steph confronts Max but his explanation only causes her further pain: Max turned to another family instead of his own in a time of need. Steph visits Toadie in hospital and he implores her to see her future is with him. Steph’s left with a terrible decision: whose heart will she break?
Despite telling the truth about his super wealthy status, Will is frustrated when Carmella thinks he’s still lying. But Elle believes Will is being honest and sends a text message on Carmella’s behalf daring him to prove it. Will takes disbelieving Carmella to one of the luxury hotels his family owns, and re-pledges his love for Carmella: she’s the only girl who has ever loved him, not his riches. But Will’s hope for a fairytale ending is dashed when Carmella declares she can never trust him again.
Ned’s confident new persona is threatened when Frazer reveals he knows Ned stole his racing tips. Guilty Ned gets defensive but Frazer’s not worried about the tips, just about Ned getting out of his depth as a gambler. Ned assures Frazer he’s merely enjoying the odd flutter. But when Ned lies to his brother Stu about why he needs to borrow some money, it’s obvious he’s already in way over his head.
'Shortcut To Happiness'

Steph’s uncertainty, and Toadie’s fear of rejection, leads him to drive Steph away. He regrets this, but Karl counsels it might be for the best. But just as Toadie’s prepared to nobly deny his love, Steph decides she’s sure he’s the one. When rejected by Toadie, Steph’s devastated. Max is rapt when Steph tells him she’s ready to try again, tragically unaware he’s her second choice.
Rachel returns from her work experience with a new cut, and a mission - get Stingray. Stingray’s delighted, and the pair reunite. For now.
Elle learns of Will’s past from Carmella and decides to help the pair reconcile. She counsels Will while also playing games with Dylan, only too happy to let him suffer. Dylan’s willing to do whatever it takes to win her back and he edges ever closer. But Elle’s still stringing him along, just a little.
