It can be ages Shaza. Even once a baby's head is engaged it can be weeks or even the baby can dis-engage itself again.

When the baby wants out - it will come out lol

Not really and if the baby were born at 30 weeks, it would be classed as a premature birth so possibly wouldn't be good for the baby. Possible SCBU stays etc. Generally, you don't carry a baby bigger than you can give birth to.

Its better for baby if your sis in law does have it for another 5-6 weeks minimum.

Generally, though I could be corrected, should labour start prior to that, hospitals will try and stop it.

If its dragging for you imagine how its dragging for you sis in law lol

Generally the majority of babies arrive in the 2 weeks before or after the due date. Is this your sis in laws first??

You have to remember that they take your due date from the day of your last period, the truth is, she prolly caught 2 weeks after which would be her most fertile time, thats why most babies are born 2 weeks either way. If she gives birth now, she might not be as prem as you think.

Well I suppose the doctors/nurses can't pinpoint exactly how many weeks a woman is so she could well be a few weeks either way of 30 weeks.

I think a baby can be born at 36 weeks and be ok though I guess it depends on the weight of it. I may be wrong though.
