jo never said sorry for what she did.....shilpa is not changing her story day to day...after she got the full story she said the comments they made were, however she did not believe them to be rascist, and no people do not get pleasure out of seeing people break down but it's karma...what goes around came right back around to bite them on their ignorant backsides...and unlike shilpa who was trapped in a house with it they are not...they can lock themselves away from it...however they are so obsessed with their celebrity they choose not to. They can stop going on shows and doing interviews...but they don't. I don't want to see anymore of them around but so long as they continue their publicity trail they deserve some difficulty. I'm not talking death threats etc, I'm talking about questions that are truthful, require truth and don't pander to them.

Where is the proof that Jade windows were smashed? She said on This Morning after she came out, that she can't go home because the police are guarding her her, police say they never received any request for a police guard, so who is having who on??? These 3 girls should fade into the background and stay there, the more they protest the more they get up people's noses. Their plan for mega celebrity didn't work. They did what they did, said what they said and must live with the consequences, as Iain fro Steps said, it was said but said on TV and now it's out there. On the Jermaine comment, he didn't called Jackiey etc.. White Trash, what he said was "some people may call them white trash but I wouldn't say that".

The tv news stated that police would be protecting Jade from death threats, this was not from Jade herself until she came out and was escorted out by police.

Babyblue I said the newspapers had Shilpa changing her story from one day to the next, so please read carefully next time

Newspapers have written up a lot of things and most of it made up, just to sell newspapers. Those who buy them get the rubbish stories that are written in their pages.

Jermaine did say that what was shown was edited HEAVILY so did the woman who was with him, so we dont know the full story, unless you were silly enough to either watch it 24/7 which is impossible. So edited is what we got, and those who watched it brought into what the C4 bosses wanted us to see.

I was looking at inferred meaning in your post since I've been doing that with newspaper articles for my uni report :P

what I do know was that the police are actually investigating the use of the word P*** by the housemates and that's been confirmed...I'll wait till the evidence is presented but if it's true then they're just lower than low dirty rascist pigs and deserve to fall into obscurity.

I've said this in another post before anyways....the term white trash was coined by white people to put down a lower class of white people not by coloured people to degrodise. It may not be right but it doesn't carry the same sinister connotations that racial abuse does...mainly because you can change your class but race is intrinsic to who you are...also because racial abuse is accompanied by years of vicious dergredation, opression and all the other lovely side effects of colonisation and the british empire. He should have just said trash because now everyone nitpicks about what he said in order to either justify what shilpa experienced or to play it down.

Just curious.. is same colour abuse deemed Racist??? and from what I saw Jermone Jackson is Black and he was the one that used that phase so in my eyes it is racist.. within some black communities they call each other the N word but if a white person uses it against a black guy that is racist.. Why is this comment by a black man to a white family not consider racist??? just curious!!

I have no idea Siobhan, but I was wondering why Paki is meant to be a racist word. When in fact all it means is the person comes from pakistan, we call anyone of any colour from scotland scots or scottish, so why aren't we being racist to them??
We call alot of others a shortened version of where they come from and it's not deemed racist, I say it's what you put before and or after a word that makes it racist.

Callin someone an ********** whatever is racist, being geographically correct is not.

Is it because the do gooders have got on the pc wagon and branded everything they believe to be racist as racist??? Or is it because we've all got so super sensitive, we're meant to not offend anyone??

I remember a time we used to let it roll off our backs, the worst would get reported or a fight would break out and that would be the end of it. Now anyone over hearing a comment made between two friends can take offence and get the police involved, sorry we need to get a reality check.

The context the word was said in was racist, and the word its self is a well know racist insult.

You're right, it shouldn't be a racist word but it has become so as it has continuously been used by racists in racist context. The correct abbreviation for someone from Pakistan is Pakistani, not Paki.

Joyful are the days when we used to hear '****ing pakis, get em!'

As I said it depends on the context it's being used in, if it just where they come from no it's not. If it's got derogatory remarks before and after then yes, it's a case of who says it and how like all things.
