Just a few days after it was announced Coronation Street bosses are planning a love triangle plot for three characters, now it emerges Toxic Tracy (Kate Ford) is going to get viewers hot under the collar too.
The scheming minx is set to woo two blokes in the run-up to her murder trial, and there will be saucy scenes aplenty.
First on her hit list is old flame Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson), but her second target - David Platt (Jack P Shepherd) - could cause controversy.
The teenager becomes smitten with Tracy and blackmails her into sleeping with him.
When he tells her he saw Charlie's murder, she tries to buy him off with CDs and cash - but then he demands sexual favours.
In order to keep him on side and ensure he testifies as a defence witness, by February, Tracy is forced to go to bed with the manipulative youngster.
A source close to the show said: "Tracy says she will only deliver the goods after he has kept his side of the bargain."
The storyline takes a turn for the steamy when she leads him down a gloomy alley and offers him what he wants.
Veteran stars of the show have aired their worries over the suggestive material.
However, ITV1 bosses are convinced it will be a ratings winner.
