    Physical Memory Dump

Hi, I hope someone can help with this!
recently my computer has been turning off, going blue and saying:
windows has been shut down to prevent anymore damage to your computer. a critical file or thread has been unexpectedly closed and then it talks about if you have recently added any software or hardware then check it's installed properly. then after this it says technical information then some numbers and then physical memory dump.

i was wondering if anyone knows what this means, and how it can be remedied as we have tried emailing dell but had no replies. the laptop is just over a year old.

    any help would be appreciated

Constantly run anti-spyware and use it for 2 hours at a time. That's what we did, but it would do it occasionally. It drove me up the wall in the end and I got a desktop.

Yeah. I didn't do it that often and then the screen kept coming up.
