Going down to Southampton start of July to move into my new house! Then probably will make a few visits up and down to make the most of my summer rent that i'm having to pay.

do you have to pay full rent over the summer then for your uni house? we get to pay half rent if we arent living there

yeah we have to pay full rent, most of my mates are paying half rent in theres, but our house is a lot better than the rest, it's a bit out the way and on one of the wealthy streets, it's probs one of the best the estate agency had to offer, and as a result they're charging full rent, but it's worth it as it's amazing for a student house

if none of us are in the house we get to pay half rent but if one of us wants to stay everyone has to pay full rent. our house is pretty expensive compared to most other houses (apart from the ones right next to uni) but its worth it i think, nicer than other peoples houses i know anyway

Dad booked the tickets today! Leaving on 17th (day after my last exam) and then will be back on the 24th/25th I think..
I can't wait even if it's just over a week! Can't wait to see my cousins and go shopping again! And it's just going to be me and my dad Woooo!
