    yeah we have to pay full rent, most of my mates are paying half rent in theres, but our house is a lot better than the rest, it's a bit out the way and on one of the wealthy streets, it's probs one of the best the estate agency had to offer, and as a result they're charging full rent, but it's worth it as it's amazing for a student house

    if none of us are in the house we get to pay half rent but if one of us wants to stay everyone has to pay full rent. our house is pretty expensive compared to most other houses (apart from the ones right next to uni) but its worth it i think, nicer than other peoples houses i know anyway

    Don't forget your holiday insurance and your European Health Insurance Card if you are off to Europe for your hols. Could save a lot of problems should you be unfortunate to have an accident.
