Mark Furze in soapstar superstar

it has been reported that Mark Furze (ric) is to be performing in the next soapstar superstar which is starting on january 5th. He will be performing against other soapstars including Alan Fletcher who plays Karl Kennedy in Neighbours.
I think this is great for Mark as we dont really see many personal appearances of him over here in the u.k, so it will be nice to see him singing anyone else agree?
