Jack got zoes liver and then peter was put into the witness protection but i dont see why if Zoe is dead...

Peter is on witness protection not because of Zoe but because of the other gang he was working with.. remember Jack was following him and he made drug deals and stuff!! those guy are after him and know he is on WP so they think if they get to Drew, Peter will come out of hiding
