Oct 29th.

Carl and Matthew are surprised when Jimmy returns, hell-bent on telling the truth about the house collapse. The brothers’ plans to complete the project are left in limbo as Jimmy destroys a model of the development to prove just how serious he is. Are the Kings destined for prison?

Meanwhile, after Viv and Bob are reassured that the babies are healthy, Viv turns her attention to her business interests. She seems set to sell both the café and Post Office before Paddy comes up with a way to alleviate her burden.

Also, Shadrach convinces Rodney that he must sell his 4x4 to help the scrap business. After swapping it for clapped out van, he is infuriated when it breaks down almost immediately. Is Rodney heading for further embarrassment?

Oct 30th.
Matthew organises a forged report on the house collapse while Carl tries to persuade Jimmy to keep quiet. As the HSE inspectors arrive, Matthew confesses everything about Tom’s kidnap to Jimmy, who finally agrees to side with his brothers. Will their lies stand up to scrutiny?

Meanwhile, Chas is upset after she stays the night with Eli and Carl fails to notice. Val advises her to use Eli’s attraction towards her and make Carl jealous. Will Chas listen to reason…or Val?

Elsewhere, Rodney adds to his collection of “classic” cars by purchasing an old tow truck to dispose of the van. When Shadrach borrows the truck to tow one of Scott’s customer’s cars, Scott retaliates and exacts the ultimate revenge.

Oct 31st.
Chas and Eli indulge in a cheeky game of strip croquet at Home Farm. After she defeats him, Chas is chased around the grounds by a naked Eli before they are caught by Rosemary and Carl who are furious. As the lovers begin to argue, can Rosemary turn the situation to her advantage?

Also, Bob storms into Pear Tree to berate a broken Jimmy. Drowning in guilt, Jimmy’s saving grace comes when Matthew escorts Bob off the premises. Is Jimmy about to crack?

Elsewhere, Matthew has a problem with his car and takes it to the garage. While Scott and Debbie are sidetracked, Rodney tinkers with the vehicle, causing further damage. Matthew returns, fuming at the delays and decides to cancel Scott’s contract with the Kings. Is this merely the start of Rodney’s revenge?

Nov 1st.
Tom returns to the village to discover that Jimmy’s back and in a sorry state. Jimmy questions his father’s decision to hide the kidnap from him and intimates that Tom’s pressure led to him making the mistakes which caused the house collapse. Tom retorts before firing a warning at his troubled son.

Meanwhile, Rosemary orders Eli out of Home Farm and later accuses him of theft. Eli quickly denies the charge and is supported by Chas. Racked with jealousy, Carl angrily attacks Eli forcing Chas to come between them. Tom is disgusted and confides in Rosemary. Will her influence spell the end of Chas’ association with Kings?

Also, Viv comes home from hospital intending to close the Post Office. Donna persuades her to reconsider and Emily echoes her pleas. Viv remains unsure about the future of her business and later Len reveals the Post Office sign has broken off. Will Viv have the conviction to repair it?

Nov 2nd.
Hari suffers a further leg injury and demands that Dr Abbott provide him with stronger painkillers. Later, he flirts with Louise in the Woolpack and they agree to go on a date. Will Hari’s leg stand up to a night of heavy dancing?

Elsewhere, Chas is angered when Rosemary’s theft accusation is proved to be false. After Chas warns her to keep out of her relationship with Carl, Rosemary acts as if Chas attacked her. Tom orders Chas out of Home Farm, only for Rosemary to stop him. What is she planning?

Also, Rosemary taunts Edna over her feelings towards Tom. As they leave for Eve’s blessing, Rosemary spies a small jewellery box on her desk. It appears to contain a ring, so is a proposal on the horizon?

Nov 3rd.
Edna attends Eve’s blessing and is surprised to see her sister Lily. Peter tells them that the time is right to make amends for the past and the sisters talk. Lily asks Edna how she has lived with such a terrible secret, before Tom interrupts them. Edna rushes off and is questioned by Tom. Her revelation leaves Tom shocked to the core.

Meanwhile, Chas reveals her concerns about Rosemary to Debbie. Debbie has an idea and tells Chas that setting a wedding date with Carl would be the ideal way to silence her. When she discusses the matter with Carl, he understands her concerns. Will he agree to Chas’ request?

Elsewhere, Debbie and Scott team-up with Rodney to fix his classic car. Both are astonished by Rodney’s readiness to work with them. Does he have a hidden agenda?
