    laptop screens

i have a problem with my laptop when i went on holiday in the summer i wasnt allowed to take it on the plane so i had to put it with my luggage (which i wasnt happy about!) well when it came to get the luggage off the conveyor belt thing (love those things!) my laptop was in its case then when i opened it to check it the screen was broken! so obviously those people had just chucked it on the conveyor belt or something i havnt been able to use it since, is it worth buying a new screen or would it be really expensive some things are better off just buying a new one because it might be a lot of hassle but im not sure?

It probably isn't worth paying for a new laptop screen to be fitted. My laptop screen broke and we bought a normal computer screen and plugged it in. If that's too inconvenient, then I'd get a new one.
