    Sean sleeps with Bradley

(In the Allen house, Sean, Bradley, Stacey, Ruby, all living there and have been doing for 3 months)

Stacey: Oi! you coming or what!

Bradley: I'm just getting changed, i'll be there in a minute.

Stacey (to Ruby): He knows we've got to be there by 8.

Ruby: Your mum won't mind if your a little bit late.

Stacey: That's not the point, I haven't seen her for ages, the least I can do is be on time.

Ruby: Where's Sean? Is he coming?

Stacey: No he's working at the garage.

Ruby: A bit late isn't it?!

Stacey: You know what Phil's like. If it was me I'd tell him to shove it.
(to Bradley) Bradley! 2 seconds and I'm going without you!

    Bradley: I'm coming now. Alright!

(Cut to a bar, Sean sitting there with a drink in his hand, looks like he's had a couple).

Sean (to bartender): Another one in there.

    Bartender: You alright

    Sean: What's it to you?!

    Bartender: Just wondering.

Sean: All I want is a drink, o.k.

    (Cut to Jean's house)

    Jean (to Stacey): Hiya love

Stacey: Hi mum, you alright (gives each other a hug)

    Bradley: Hello Mrs Slater.

Jean: Bradley, I told you to call me Jean. Mrs Slater, sounds like I'm middle aged.

    Bradley: Sorry, Jean.

Jean: No Sean then?! (Bradley looks awkward)

Stacey: I told you, he's working mum.

Jean: Oh right, yeah, I forgot.
So let's sit down. Can I get you two a drink?

    Stacey: I'll get them.

Jean: No you won't, your my guests.

Stacey: I'm not, i'm your daughter.

    Jean: Even so.

    Stacey: You got any coke?

Jean: You can have a proper drink if you like, you know.

    Stacey: No. Coke'll be fine.

    Jean: Bradley?

    Bradley: Yeah same here.

    (Jean goes to the kitchen)

(Bradley and Stacey look at each other)

    (Cut to Sean coming home)
(Ruby's standing in the living room)

    Sean: Hey Rubes! Alright?!

    Ruby: Your drunk.

    Sean: Maybe a little bit.

Ruby: A little bit? your totally wrecked.

Sean: You still love me though, don't you?!

Ruby: I think you should just go up to bed.

Sean: That's a good idea! You want to come with me?!

    Ruby: No!

    Sean: Why not?!

Ruby: Because your drunk, and we're not seeing each other anymore.

Sean: Well how about just one last fling for old times sake?! (starts holding her)
    (she pushes him away)

Ruby: Get your hands off me! (he looks sad) Look I know your upset, but your just going to have to start getting over it. We've been apart for a month now. I'll make you some coffee o.k.?!
(Sean sits down on the couch).

    (Jeans house, having drinks)

Jean: Ah, this is so nice, all of us here together. Except Sean of course. But there'll be other times.

Stacey: Look mum, I think we're going to have to start making a move.

Jean: But you haven't been here long.

    Stacey: It's 10 o'clock?!

    Jean: It's not that late?!

Stacey: I have to be up early tomorrow though, for work.

Jean: O.k. if you have to. Can we at least have a coffee before you go?!

Stacey: We've really got to making a move. The buses only run till half 10 around here. It'll be a nightmare soon.

    Jean: Right then.

(Stacey and Bradley get up to say their goodbyes)

Stacey: I really had a good time tonight. I missed you. I promise i'll come see you soon. (gives her mum a hug)

    Jean: Love you Stacey.

    Bradley: Bye Mrs, Jean.

Jean: laughs, Bye Bradley (gives him a hug). Hope to see you soon. You make sure you look after my daughter.

    Bradley: I will.

    (they leave)

    All: Bye, see you soon.

    (Cut to the Allens)

    Ruby: You feeling any better.

Sean: Yeah, I'm alright. Sorry about earlier.

Ruby: Just try and keep your hands to yourself in future. I'm going up to bed. Night.

Sean: Night. (makes himself another cup of coffee).

( a few minutes later hears Bradley and Stacey coming in)

    Sean: Hey!

    Both: Hiya.

Stacey: (to Bradley) Look I'm going to go up to bed. You coming?!

Bradley: No, I think i'll get a coffee.

    Stacey: Alright, see you tomorrow.

Bradley: Yeah, night (gives her a kiss).

    Stacey: Night. (goes up stairs).

    (Sean looks at Bradley, dismissingly)

    (Bradley walks in the kitchen)

    Bradley: Alright?!

    Sean: Why? Shouldn't I be?

    (Bradley looks at him)

    Sean: I'm fine.

    Bradley: You don't look it.

Sean: Just give it a rest will you?!

    Bradley: What is it?

Sean: You know what it is. I don't need to spell it out.

Bradley: What happened between us last week, it was a mistake.

    Sean: Was it?!

    Bradley: Yeah

Sean: Didn't feel that way to me.

Bradley: I love your sister, more than anything.

Sean: Why do you always do that?

    Bradley: Do what?

    Sean: Pretend!

Bradley: I don't know what your talking about.

Sean: Your gay! You think you can prove your not by using my sister as some kind of sheild. Well it's not fair! It's not fair on Stacey! She's 18 years old, she doesn't deserve what your dishing out to her. She loves you!

Bradley: And I love her, your talking utter rubbish!

Sean: What would you do if I kissed you right now?!

    Bradley: I'd push you away!

    Sean: Would you?

    Bradley: Yeah

Sean: Well lets try it shall we (gets up and kisses him passionately). (Bradley stops for a second and then kisses him back) (Sean locks the kitchen door, and pushes Bradley onto the table).

    Scene end!

superb script little mo! i really enjoyed it! Hope to see more scripts by you soon.

it captures the essence of eastenders in the 1990's, and has traces of tiffany/tony/simon. I think the future of Eatenders is with the Bradley/Stacey relationship, aswell as the extended Slater family. Lacey is a superb actress and they need to put her talent to good use.

    Keep up the great work!

Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I was watching the episode about the Tiffany/Tony/Simon storyline yesterday, so that was in my head, when I wrote it. And there was a rumour a while ago about Bradley being gay, and then one about Sean. So I sort of put it all together.

I am too a huge fan of Bradley and Stacey, and I heard Sean is going to push them to the end with their relationship, so I thought that was a good way of showing that.

It was really well written, you really did capture the essence of each of the character, each line of dialouge semed in the right context, I could imagine each character saying the lines.

This is the kind of drama that Eastenders used to thrive on, and in the past few years has lacked. They need a strong set of characters that they can give some gritty and long standing storylines to. All of the good examples the past have been based on relationships between a select few. For exmaple the Mel/Steve/Lisa/Mark/Phil group and the Carol/David/Biance/Ricky/Dan relationships.

Your peice reminded me of why I love Eastenders, so keep up the great work!

Great script Littlemo. I liked it!

I hope you make a habit of it, and maybe write other stuff to do with Eastenders?!

I also agree that Bradley and Stacey are the future of Eastenders.

Best of luck with the writing, judging on this peice I think you will go far!

I too enjoy writing scripts and hope to become a tv scriptwriter in the future. I have written two plays that were performed at the Birmingham REP and next year I hope to go to Bournemouth University for a scriptwriting course for film and tv.

I might attempt to write some Eastenders scripts some time this summer, as it is the end of series for Devon Seas, the soap i have created and write on soapboards each day.

Anyways I'm rambling on here, so yeah, all the best with the writing, let us all know how you get on!

Yeah, I'll have a look at your soap.

Yeah scriptwriting is great isn't it?! I don't plan, I just keep writing. With stuff like Eastenders, it just comes to you. You get into the zone, and your fingers won't stop typing. I just love it!

No its just ending for the summer break. Its the end of season 1. I have many exciting and explosive storylines for the next month months, with six shocking and nail biting cliffhangers. Season 2 will return later in the year bigger and better than ever.
