    So my stats now:
Height : 5ft 3.5 ins (that .5 is very important hahaha)
    Weight: 59.6kg - about 9st 5lb in old money
Target: 55kg - but will be happy to get to 57kg
Old thread but my god I wish I was this weight now and I thought I was fat!!! Start weight has become my target weight... Getting slowly there but looking for motivation tips at the moment.. Has lost 5kg since Jan, need to lose more but I have come to a plateau.
Anyone give me something to keep me motivated??

Since writing this, I have discovered Kettlebells and have lost 2 more kilos and feeling much fitter than before. I now have a lovely waistline, 50% less side boob and even developed bum dimples (look them up, they are called dimples of venus). I am loving my new shape and the exercises are great fun to do.

Got to target weight but due to medical condition where I was only allowed to have soup for 2 weeks. Lost 3kg, not good. Was so hungry all the time and had zero energy. My goal now is to keep the weight at this level and tone up all the wobbly bits
