End of Season details for all 3 CSI genres

I think Kath posted some of these, but cant find them and not sure of how much detail was there - apologies if this duplicates it - close if necessary...

CSI is once again placing a member of its team in a life or death situation. In the season finale episode "Way To Go," the Las Vegas team may have to say goodbye to one of their detectives, according to CSI Media Forums. "Brass has been shot and is seriously ill, it's unknown if he will survive or not," they reported. "Grissom has the biggest weight on his shoulders, as he has the power of attorney and must decide if he should have surgery or not. We'll also see the return of a very heartless Ellie."

But Brass won't be the only character fighting for his life. E!Online's Kristin reported that a member of the team will get some devastating news. "Sources say we get to know Catherine Willows' teenage daughter in the season finale. With their rocky relationship, I'm hearing Lindsey Willows wreaks a little havoc in Catherine's life, especially when she ends up in a car accident that could be fatal. However, if she does survive, you can expect to see her around again. I'm told producers are contemplating making the character recurring."

Down in Miami, Horatio Caine is set to experience a bout of happiness, but even that is not going to last long, according to showrunner Ann Donahue. "Horatio and Marisol [Delko] will marry during our second episode of sweeps. She is still fighting cancer and she will meet a tragic end (not cancer-related)." Horatio and Marisol recently decided to have a baby together, but Marisol's tragic end may prevent those plans from coming to fruition.

Marisol won't be the only member of the Delko clan in mortal danger. According to TV Guide, her brother Eric has managed to attract a very volatile fan. "Some psycho stalker from Delko's past will resurface with vengeance on the brain and a sniper rifle in her trunk — never a good combo."

In the Big Apple, things get really grim for one of the CSIs when they find themselves in the middle of a murder investigation and an emotional rollercoaster ride, according to TV Guide. "Stella is discovered covered in blood in her apartment, where her boyfriend has been shot to death," the magazine said. "Stella remembers shooting him, but she isn't clear on all that happened up to that time."

Stella's boyfriend, Frankie, first appeared in the episode "Grand Murder At Central Station" and the two have shared a subtle relationship since. Frankie meets his demise in the episode "All Access," which is set to air on April 26th and also features the appearance of Kid Rock

Question: Some CSI forums are saying you're completely full of it because you said you were 99 percent sure there would be no Grissom-Sara stuff in the season finale. But there are spoilers floating around that say there will be. What's really going on? Your reputation is on the line here! — Jamie

Ausiello: I've read those spoilers, too, and all I can say is thank god I didn't say I was 100 percent certain. Here's the deal: My trusty CSI mole — who has never steered me wrong before — told me two weeks ago that there would be no Sara-Grissom action in the May 18 finale. But last week, while I was interviewing fellow Sexiest Vegetarian nominee Jorja Fox, she hinted that something may in fact be happening. "I can't give anything away, but we have a cliff-hanger at the end of this season that I think you guys are going to have a field day with," she teased. "All I can say is it's going to be good. It's going to come completely out of left field. I think everyone's going to end Season 6 with their jaws dropped." Fox went on to say that there will be "two cliff-hangers in the finale," one of which involves ***** and the other… Sara-Grissom? "I don't kiss and tell," Fox said. Short-story-short: Either my CSI mole lied to me or producers saw my spoiler rant on Square Off and decided to tack on some Sara-Grissom stuff at the last minute in my honor. I guess we'll find out on May 18.

CSI executive producer Naren Shankar talked to TV Guide about the upcoming episode "Band Bang."

In this two part season finale, one of the team's own will take a hit while trying to negotiate with a kidnapper. But it's another, much more personal storyline that will have CSI Warrick Brown re-evaluating his marital life.

During the episode, the main suspect will find himself in the same casino as Warrick and his wife Tina, putting both their lives at risk. "You've got Warrick and Tina in a casino and bullets are flying," Shankar explained. "There's a killer on the loose, and he ends up at the casino where Warrick is."

But Shankar revealed it's not the stressful situation that will put a strain on their marriage, but the reason why Tina is in the casino in the first place. "It makes matters between the two of them come to a head."

Warrick may be heading for divorce court soon, but the writers intend on mending his broken heart quickly. Catherine Willows, who admitted she's always been interested in Warrick, may finally get her chance next season. "They have such great chemistry," said Shankar. "Believe me, that's something to come back to."

Oo Catherine and Warrick.. Interesting haha. They do have chemistry though. But I hope CSI don't turn all lovey dovey. IF Gris and Sara ever got together, there would be them two, and then maybe Cath and Warrick. Might get annoying

And its rumoured that something happens between Sara and Grissom at the end of this season aswell, which is highly annoying All that chemistry is far better and they've been left alone all season so far, why bring it up again

I actually do want something to happen between them *hides* But then again, I do like the chemistry, so even that would have done.

I think the reason the writers have decided to involve grissom and sara romance is because there is a hell of a lot of grissom & sara shippers in the USA. Although I do think they do fancy each other, I don't want to see them be all lovey dovey. I would like them to go back to their flirting ways they did in the first two CSI. The reason we all love CSI is for the science and the storylines not for the romance

Thanks to Vicky for my great new banner xxx

Definitely Kath. I think you are right about the US fans - on all sites I have seen, they all want Gil and Sara together - we aren't watching CSI for the Gil/Sara story, we are watching for the puzzle, and the piecing together of the sciences.
