John Stamos to join ER as a regular..... but there's a catch

Word on the street is that John Stamos has finally said yes to the bosses of ER and has joined as a regular cast member in season 13. However there is a catch, rumour has it that another major cast member is to be cut to make room for Stamos' huge pay packet.
The most likely candidates for this cull are either Weaver or Kovac...... both being held responsible for Clemente's fun in the E4 episode last week / channel 4 tonight.
Other spoilers for season 13 are already starting to emerge, i can post them if people want, just checking as the existing season is only halfway through!!

i can see it being weaver, she is having trouble with her hip so that could be a way to cut her

Sorry to butt in on this but being an American, I find it AMUSING they are hiring John Stamos,, hes a good lookin guy but thats it thats where it end, he has no talent!!!!,, last time I saw him in any thing he was playing around with the Olsen twins in FAMILY MATTERS.. he and his wife are the most shallow self centered people I have ever read about...

They wont get rid of Kovac, he is the best thing in ER at the mo!
