i dont think they do get back together because i read on the nieghbours website in austraila after the death scare, that him and izzy patch things up. i think shes boring, and has the same sort of storylines.

They don't get back together straight away. karl goes back to dizzy izzybut only to dump her again for good
the actors who play karl and susan are very keen for them to get back together

I thought Alan Fletcher (Karl) has said that they do get back together eventually, but i don't know when. cause i think he finds out about paul & izzy and the baby not being his.

in austrailia he has just got back with izzy but he will go on to find out about her having the affair with Paul and that the baby wasn't his they will split up permenently the actor has confirmed on his website Karl will get back with susan eventually
