After a heart to heart with his mum, Jason rushes off to find Sarah to make things up between them. He tries to get her attention by shouting through the letterbox but she pretends she isn’t in and gets David to see what he’s up to. But Jason disappears leaving Sarah disappointed. She is sat watching television when Jason reappears by smashing the back window. He tells her he knows why she is so jealous, and stuns her when he asks her to marry him. She says no at first but then backtracks and tells Jason she will only say yes if he gets down on one knee in the Rovers in front of everyone. Will Jason go through with it, knowing that ex Violet will be watching?
Audrey is shocked when she receives a mothers’ day card signed from dead son-in-law Richard Hillman. The question of who could be doing this is still hanging over the Platts, and Audrey eyes up Phil suspiciously. Audrey tells Gail she wants to go to the police, but Gail is concerned about getting them involved.
And over in the Rovers, Shelley is starting to feel paranoid about what Fred and Bev might be planning behind her back so she asks Fred what his plans are once he has married her mum. He tells her that Bev will become landlady of the Rovers. Where does this leave poor Shelley?

Tracy is revelling in her new domestic arrangement with Charlie, but he is not enjoying happy families. She teases him about having a possible double wedding with Jason and he snaps, but then cheers up when she tells him they are going out that night. Tracy gets Ken and Deirdre to babysit and when they arrive in the Rovers they find Steve and Ronnie there. Tracy mentions to Steve that Amy is living with them now and Steve gets angry. Ronnie later drops a bomshell and gets Tracy and Charlie to join them for a drink. Just what is minx Ronnie planning?
Audrey mentions to Gail that she suspects that Phil sent her the card, and she ignores him when he comes over to them in the street. Gail is getting more and more confused as to whom to believe: Audrey or Phil? Phil later calls round for Gail but David answers and feigns surprise that Gail hasn’t told him about Audrey’s card. He relishes telling Phil, leaving him feeling more isolated than ever. Later on Phil comes for a meal at the Platts’ but the atmosphere is stilted, especially when Phil tells Gail he knows about the card.
Elsewhere in Weatherfield, Danny and Jamie take Mike to see a rest home. Mike is enjoying looking round but Jamie is not happy with it at all and doesn’t think Mike should be there. Later on, Mike tells them that if he does end up living there and loosing his memory completely, he doesn’t want the family visiting him. What will Danny and Jamie’s reaction be

In the Rovers, Tracy continues to wind Steve up. She says she wants to go into town but Charlie suggests that they go back to his flat for a drink and Steve and Ronnie agree. Back at the flat, Steve decides he wants to see Amy so Tracy takes him to see her sleeping. But unbeknown to them, once they are gone, Charlie and Ronnie can’t resist flirting outrageously with each other. The two get closer and Charlie makes a pass at Ronnie but she suddenly turns on him and tells him she wouldn’t touch him with a barge pole. He is furious that she has been playing with him but when Tracy and Steve come back into the room, Ronnie makes her excuses and tells Steve she wants to go home. Will she tell Steve that Charlie made a play for her?
The Platts are having dinner and David is loving watching Phil’s temper brewing. Phil tries to talk to Gail but she tries to ignore the situation by pretending to preoccupied with an apple pie! David continues to stir so much that Phil nearly hits him, leaving Gail totally shocked. Gail had no choice but to throw Phil out of the house for nearly attacking her son and this makes David very smug.
The decision about what to do with Mike is extremely fraught. Both Frankie and Jamie want Mike with them. Danny wants him in the flat, but Leanne doesn’t know that Danny expects her to look after him

Leanne suggests to Danny again that it might be time to put mike into a home but Danny refuses. Emily arrives to give Leanne a break and Mike thinks that Emily still works in the factory and that Ernest is still alive. Later that night Danny and Leanne are joking around in the kitchen, when Mike walks in and is so convinced that they are intruders that he calls 999. The puzzled police arrive and a terrified Mike gets more confused than ever and starts to cry.
Sean tells Violet that his date with Chris was amazing, but Kelly is confused because she saw Sean on his own last night. Later, in the Rovers, Jamie asks Sean about his date but Sean wells up and runs out of the pub. Jamie goes after him and consoles him and Sean eventually admits he has been lying about Chris. But why did Sean lie?
And Becky offers to be the factory gofer and gets teased by the workers all day. Kelly takes the mickey out of Becky for being a creep at Underworld, but Becky admits she just wants people to like her.
