Any bullying is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG, and should not be carried out and be seen to be condoned by any character as this sends out completely the wrong message. Sorry to go on but I do feel very strongly about this subject

I believe bullying is wrong, but its always been this way between the two characters and Ian has been as bad in some respects to Phil, like with photos of Ben in the past and wanting to get the Arches and the Vic in the first place just to get at Phil and the Mitchells. Like I said, Ian starts a vendetta against Wellard for biting him, which was only done because Ian kicks him, so that in my mind is bullying too....

yeah there have been many times in the past where ian could have been classed as a bully, remmeber his bullying towards janine!
