Shane Richie is overjoyed after discovering that his fiancée Christie Goddard is expecting a baby.
The EastEnders actor, better known as Alfie Moon, explained, "It's what we have always wanted. I can't wait to be a dad again."
Richie started dating Goddard after splitting from Coleen Nolan, who he already has two children with.
A friend told The People, "It's still early days but Shane and Christie are ecstatic. Even though Shane already has two sons he's told Christie he doesn't mind whether the baby is a boy or a girl. They're both absolutely over the moon about it."
Richie's manager confirmed, "Shane and his fiancée are pleased to announce they are expecting their first child."
