Ebay - Help

I won something off ebay almost two weeks ago now - i sat and waited for the auction to end so i could pay for it straight away and for it to be sent out straight away (its an xmas present and i needed it straight away to hide it) Anyway. I have not heard anything from the guy apart from the invoice. I have emailed him twice and had no reply. What do i do?? I've never had this problem before

have you tried emailing him to ask him where its got too? if this doesnt work then contact ebay and tell them and they will look into it for you.

I'd contact ebay and get them to look into it - I've luckily never had this problem, but do worry that it may happen one day - that would be my advice though luna...

Can't blame you - was it a lot of money?? I've never spent too much but then I have always ensured that I have paid by credit card on anything over £50 as then you can get your credit card company involved too......

Yeah i always do that to it was only £40 but thats not the point it's something my mum has wanted for ages and that was the only place i found it after months of searching

oh no - how frustrating.......I hope they do sort it out for you. Would paypal be able to get involved at all??

Yeah i think they cover you up to £500 thankfully

Still - not really the point though is it, if it took you ages to find it, its for your mum etc - its more about the principal of it all - keeping my fingers crossed for you
