I think Sam sent it. She's quite brainy I think, maybe she did it. Or Zombie Den, from beyond the grave? Or a well-wishing Dot thinking she can help patch up Den and Chrissie's relationship by sending jewellry. That'd be funny, seeing as she does meddle. A lot.
