I was wondering what a "spoiler is"?

I posted this message up on the BBC Eastenders board;

Sam Mitchell is beautiful,
Jewels is hilarious,

Shame he is leaving :(

The BBC then emailed me back saying that my message contains "spoilers" and to resend my message without these "spoilers" because these "spoilers" arnt aloud on the forum!

Does a spoiler mean that you are telling people what is going to happen in the future of the soap?

A spoiler is a bit of info that has yet to happen. Some people hate spoilers and don't want to know you shouldn't be putting them on the EE board naughty, naughty
