The concrete rubble will have preserved his body though he would eventually start to rot but if they had buried him under compost/soil it would rot quicker. I think they'll be able to identify the body maybe he's still wearing his clothes??? I can't imagine them stripping him naked and dragging him through the Vic

Mind you they may have wrapped him in binbags or something so you never know what state the body is going to be in!

yeah is defineley going to be under there cause the funeral happens unless he is hiding behind the bushes when the funeral happens again.
