Coronation Street's Moses Ekundayo is set to be suspended in new scenes on the soap.
Moses recently arrived in Weatherfield as part of the Paul Foreman Motor Neurone Disease (MND) storyline, working as Paul's new PA.
Todd Grimshaw has also taken a liking to Moses, becoming a love interest for the character.
In new scenes set to air next Wednesday (January 24), Bernie heads to the flower shop flat, and finds Billy on the sofa. She learns that Moses had run late, and as such Billy has put his back out while trying to help Paul out of the bath.
Meanwhile, Moses is stressed as he admits to Todd how overworked he is, which leads Todd to give him a hug. However, Bernie is left enraged as she watches on from a distance.
Moses then gets a call from his boss telling him he has been suspended.
How will Paul take this, and has Bernie's meddling brought about this situation?
In other Coronation Street news, scenes set to air next week will see Paul's secret plan to end his own life threatened to be revealed.
Coronation Street has been working on Paul's storyline with support from the MND Association, which focuses on improving access to care, research and campaigning for people affected by motor neurone disease.
