Sarah in Hollyoaks!

Hi can someone help me? I´m trying to find out who an old character is! I went to see Les Mis and on the programme one of the girls used to be in Hollyoaks and she played Sarah! Who is Sarah and what did she do? She has black hair and is pretty! If anyone can help thanks!

i think she was the vicars daughter but later got pregnant with alex's baby not sure but think its her
