EastEnders fans can save the date for the upcoming soap special that will dig deeper into The Six's murder mystery.

The special, titled EastEnders: The Six - Revealed, will air on BBC Three on Monday, December 11 at 8pm.

Hosted by former EastEnders star Joe Swash, known for his role as Mickey Miller, the documentary will focus on the six Walford women who are involved in the death of a male resident of Albert Square.

The soap started airing the Christmas whodunit earlier in the year, with Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean), Kathy Cotton (Gillian Taylforth), Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner), Denise Fox (Diane Parish), Linda Carter (Kellie Bright), and Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) set to discover a dead body at the Queen Vic this festive season.

The six actresses will appear on the special, sharing their thoughts on the soap's double mystery. Not only do fans have no clue as to who the killer could be, but the soap has also been teasing the victim's identity, set to be revealed this holiday season.

Recently, viewers have ruled out a possible victim thanks to a hint from cast member Harriet Thorpe, who plays Queen Vic landlady Elaine Peacock.

"It's irritating if I find a body in my pub at Christmas," she told The Mirror about the series' big murder storyline. "Extremely irritating! Because I'll have to clean up the mess. Get out the carpet cleaner! I'd get George to do it."

It seems safe to assume that Elaine's partner George Knight, played by Colin Salmon, can't be the body lying on the floor if he's going to be around to help her. Unless Thorpe is throwing a red herring at fans, of course.

MONDAY

Rocky Cotton is desperate to keep his catalogue of horrifying disasters from wife Kathy Cotton.

Not only did his attempted insurance scam at the cafe nearly kill Kathy's grandsons Bobby and Peter Beale, Kathy came away with nothing when the insurance wouldn't pay up.

With Kathy suspected of arson, Rocky had to bend the truth and lie that he'd tried to fix the faulty electrics himself, rendering the insurance policy void.

As well as Rocky's best mate Harvey Monroe knowing the truth that he deliberately started the fire, Nish Panesar also found out...

Using the knowledge to blackmail Rocky, he insisted he convince Kathy to sell him the cafe for song, eyeing up the valuable land to make a big profit.

As Nish continues to pressure Rocky to come up with the goods, it leaves him sweating when Kathy is yet to be talked round.

Still exasperated by his friend, Harvey encourages Rocky to just TELL THE TRUTH! He almost comes close to it but at the last minute, Kathy signs the cafe over to Nish.

Rocky's not out of hot water yet, however...

Nish implies to Kathy that Rocky committed arson, leaving her alarmed. Knowing that the one person who will know the truth is Harvey, Kathy confronts him.

Not able to cover for Rocky's lies any longer, Harvey pretty much tells her that her suspicions are right...

Is it the end of the road for Rocky?

Dean Wicks's daughter Jade Green, arrives in Albert Square. The 15-year-old, who suffers from cystic fibrosis just like her uncle Jimbo Wicks, has recently been very ill and Dean moved back to Walford to be close to her.

Now living with her mum Shabnam Masood, Jade was fostered when she was a young child, as Shabnam gave her up as a baby. Shabnam's one-night-stand with Dean that resulted in the pregnancy left her struggling and she wasn't able to cope.

Mother and daughter were eventually reunited and Jade has been living with her mum ever since.

Heading to the Queen Vic, Jade is befriended by barmaid Gina Knight and is soon met by her dad. He takes her to the grave of her half-brother, Zair, who was tragically born as a still birth.

After their sad visit, Jade is feeling bad about her own illness and she rejects Dean's attempts to comfort her.

When Gina has a few wise words to say about absent parents, having missed out on having a mum for many years, Jade is given food for thought.

Will she give her dad a second chance?

Also, Keanu Taylor squares up to Dean Wicks when he starts making nasty comments about his family.


TUESDAY

Linda Carter is struggling as Christmas Day approaches, as she knows she'll be spending it without her beloved Mick Carter following his disappearance and presumed death by drowning the previous year.

Hoping to have her family around her, she faces a bitter blow when her kids Nancy Carter, Lee Carter and Johnny Carter all reveal they won't be in Walford for the holidays.

Things go from bad to worse and Linda is HORRIFIED when her rapist, Dean Wicks, sends her an alarming photo...

Dean is in the Beales Eels Santa's Grotto and he's taken a snap of himself with Linda's young son Ollie Carter.

Knowing a twisted Dean is only sending her photos of him and Ollie to cause her further hurt, Linda storms over to the pie and mash shop to confront him.

Dean has been refusing to accept that he raped Linda, claiming it was consensual, and blaming her for 'ruining his life' with the accusation.

As Linda gives it to Dean with both barrels, Dean's shocked daughter Jade Green listens on. Keanu Taylor is there and, wanting to punish Dean for being nasty about his family earlier, he tells Jade that her dad is a sexual predator.

Disgusted, Jade makes a quick exit from the Square, leaving a seething Dean to head to the Vic.

Will he try to take revenge on Linda?

Kathy Cotton is still furious after finding out that husband Rocky Cotton lied to her about the fire in the cafe. Although son Ian Beale wants to shop Rocky to the police, Kathy refuses to hear of it.

Storming over to confront Nish Panesar, she demands an apology for piling extra debt on Rocky then using what happened to get his mitts on the cafe.

When nasty Nish launches a vile attack on cafe worker Bernadette Taylor, her brother Keanu Taylor piles in and a fight almost kicks off.

Also, Sonia Fowler and Reiss Colwell got to the fertility clinic to start the next step on their IVF journey. Meanwhile, Sharon Watts and Keanu Taylor look forward to their wedding despite the secrets and lies they're both keeping.

WEDNESDAY

Sharon Watts and Keanu Taylor are loved up and looking forward to their respective hen and stag parties.

There's less than a fortnight to go before they tie the knot in a romantic Christmas wedding, but secrets and lies weigh heavy on both of them...

Keanu has managed to convince Sharon that he had nothing to do with their son Albie's kidnapping.

Sharon has a MUCH bigger secret - if that's possible - as she's hiding that Keanu isn't Albie's dad!

Stacey Slater and Jack Branning have become very close since her troubles with stalker Theo Hawthorne. A little TOO close as it turns out!

After copper Jack stood by Stacey while she went through hell before Theo pleaded guilty to harassment, stalking and attempted rape, she was left grateful.

Shaken by events, Stacey ended up drowning her sorrows at the allotment and Jack rescued her from the cold and took her home.

The pair had a heart-to-heart and Jack pretty much admitted that although he loves wife Denise Fox, there isn't a spark between them, as late wife Ronnie Mitchell was his one true love.

After admitting to Jack that she's too skint to get her kids what they really want for Christmas, Jack goes shopping with her and dips into his own pocket to get her the gifts she wants.

Will Jack's kindness lead to something more?

Also, Gina Knight makes a dangerous decision when she tells Dean Wicks that she believes he didn't rape Linda. Meanwhile, Sonia Fowler and Reiss Colwell get good news about their egg retrieval for their IVF.


THURSDAY

Stacey Slater is finding it difficult to let her guard down after her horrifying stalking ordeal at the hands of Theo Hawthorne. Although he pleaded guilty to stalking and attempted rape, he's not behind bars.

The dark memories come flooding back when Theo sends her a sinister Christmas card. With her friend Eve Unwin missing, Stacey worries that he may have something to do with her disappearance.

After talking things through with Suki Panesar, Stacey heads to the police station to report her suspicions about Theo. She's left frustrated when they tell her that there's nothing they can do.

Furious, Stacey makes a big mistake by calling Theo and threatening that he'll regret it if he's hurt Eve.

Back home, Stacey is alarmed to finds the door on the latch and she's grateful when Jack Branning turns up and checks the house for her. He reassures her that no one is inside and that Theo is far away and can't hurt her.

When Stacey lets slip that she called Theo and threatened him, Jack is horrified! He warns her that she's made a very stupid move but Stacey is defiant.

Meanwhile, Denise Fox is feeling down about her marriage to Jack. Things haven't been good between them for a long time after family troubles and Denise's near affair with Ravi Gulati pushed them apart.

Denise's sister Kim Fox encourages her to put a bit effort in and she gifts her with a child-free evening and some sexy new underwear to try and put the spark back!

Despite Denise's best intentions, it's clear that there's not going to be any romance on the cards for the couple when Jack overhears Denise talking to Priya Nandra-Hart about her dalliance with Ravi.

Stacey is feeling sorry for herself after her row with Jack about Theo and she heads to the Vic to drown her sorrows with Kat Mitchell. Guilt soon gets the better of her and she realises she needs to apologise to Jack for her harsh words.

Stacey heads to Jack's house and tells him that she needs to talk. Are things about to hot up between them?

Ravi Gulati is on pins following the disappearance of Eve Unwin. After finding out about Suki Panesar's affair with Eve, Ravi's dad Nish Panesar made him take a bound and gagged Eve to the woods to do away with her.

When Eve struggled free, she convinced Ravi not to kill her and he agreed, in exchange for her disappearing for good and not letting Nish know that he betrayed him.

It's been a while since Eve went missing and after pressure from Stacey and Jack, the police are on the case and pushing Ravi hard.

He shares his worries with Nish and they agree to come up with a plan to put Stacey and Jack off the scent.

Also, Sharon Watts has words with Linda Carter after letting her know the true paternity of Albie's dad, worried she'll let the secret out!

Nish puts pressure on Rocky over the sale of the caf?, but Kathy surprises everyone by revealing that she's open to hearing Nish's offer. Kathy goes ahead and sells the caf? to Nish during a meeting at Number 45.

Rocky's troubles aren't over, as Nish hints to Kathy that her husband was responsible for the fire. When Harvey all but confirms this, Kathy decides that it's time to confront Rocky.

Meanwhile, the Square is rife with gossip about the Taylor family and things get even worse for Keanu. Dean leaves Keanu furious by making derogatory comments about the Taylors.

Elsewhere, Dean's unwell daughter Jade returns to the Square. She initially rejects Dean's attempts to comfort her, but ultimately decides to give him another chance.

Linda heads over to confront Dean. Keanu backs her up, telling Jade that her dad is a sexual predator. Jade leaves Walford in disgust at Dean's past.

Later, Dean heads back to The Vic.

Meanwhile, Kathy refuses to report Rocky to the police. Instead, she confronts Nish for putting so much pressure on Rocky. Nish makes a nasty attack on Bernadette when she gets caught in the middle, while Keanu also gets involved in the fight.

Elsewhere, Sonia and Reiss prepare to take the next step in their IVF journey.

When Stacey receives a Christmas card from Theo, she fears that he might be behind Eve's disappearance. Stacey and Suki decide to alert the police, who insist there's nothing they can do. Stacey calls Theo and leaves a message, threatening him if he has hurt Eve.

Stacey seeks help from Jack when she finds the door to her house on the latch. Jack assures her that nobody is inside and Theo is in Scotland. The atmosphere turns tense when Stacey admits that she threatened Theo and Jack is annoyed. However, Stacey ends up apologising to Jack.

Meanwhile, Kim steps in to try and reinvigorate Denise and Jack's relationship. Things turn sour when Jack overhears Denise chatting to Priya about her affair with Ravi.

Elsewhere, Ravi worries as the police pile on pressure following Eve's disappearance. Ravi and Nish decide to come up with a plan to stop Jack and Stacey from making any discoveries.

Also today, Sharon bumps into Linda and then finds herself in a tense conversation with Kat.
