    Could she be legally in trouble by making threats to Amelia in front of witnesses? I wonder if she is aware of Lloyd's actions but does not want to admit to herself what he is doing?

    I got the impression that she has worked out that there is something not quite right about her husband, but is finding it too embarassing to admit it.
