Sorry to be a pest but I have been away for two weeks and now my banner of Keifer Sutherland has gone. i read on the boards that you had to have 500 posts before you can have a banner,which I think is pretty unfair if you don;t follow soaps also i read that your are not aloud to steal banners. What happens if someone else on the board makes it for you is that okay cause Twink made me a Fab keifer banner. Can someone explain the new rules and procedures before I through a tatrum.
