There's a brouhaha at The Vic as Linda makes an announcement

Kim struggles with the after-effects of recent events

One Walford resident's secret second life is revealed!

MONDAY

Sonia Fowler wakes up on the morning of her birthday and is excited to find some special treats waiting for her. Boyfriend Reiss Colwell has been going above and beyond to make her feel special and she is thrilled.

With her birthday on the same day as the coronation, Reiss was originally planning a celebratory bash for the new king and not his beloved! But once he realised his mistake, he soon made things up to her.

There's only one thing missing from Sonia's birthday celebrations... And that's Reiss! He appears to have gone missing. When Rocky Cotton finds out that Reiss is nowhere to be found, he's left concerned.

Not only is Reiss involved in the big coronation performance, Rocky was also left suspicious after overhearing Reiss make a mysterious phone call. Has Rocky discovered that Reiss has a secret wife?

Rocky shares his concerns with fiancee Kathy Beale, but she advises him not to stir the pot with Sonia and let her enjoy her birthday.

As time ticks by and the performance draws ever closer, a twitchy Rocky considers telling Sonia he suspects Reiss is up to no good. Fortunately for Reiss, he arrives just in time and interrupts Rocky before he can say anything.

Later, Rocky corners Reiss and insists he tell him what's been going on. Although Reiss tries to dodge Rocky's questions, it seems the cat is well and truly out of the bag when Sonia walks in on them!

It took a long time for Sonia to get over Rocky's lies when he first came to the Square after he pretended to be her father, so another betrayal could break her...

The game is up for Reiss and he admits the truth, prompting a horrified Sonia to insist she wants him out of her life for good!

Karen Taylor has been juggling her feelings over her son Keanu Taylor's return to the Square. She's been left a bag of nerves as at first, Phil Mitchell was out to get Keanu and then he got caught up again with older woman Sharon Watts.

After making it quite clear she disapproves of Keanu's relationship with Sharon, despite the fact they have baby together, she's been hoping they will split up.

But instead she finds out the shock news that Keanu and Sharon are planning to get married!

With news of the engagement out, Keanu wants to celebrate but he worries Karen when he says the Vic is out as a venue, as he's worried of winding up new enemy Nish Panesar.

Not wanting to go through more stress of Keanu being under threat, Karen drops buy the Minute Mart to talk to Nish's wife Suki Panesar.

She begs Suki as one mother to another to get her husband to drop his vendetta against Keanu.

Will Suki agree?

Also, Alfie Moon and Linda Carter host a coronation knees up at the Vic for the Walford locals. The highlight is a special performance by Kim Fox and Felix Baker as Tara Misu, as they belt out a tune by 60's songstress Dusty Springfield!


TUESDAY

Linda Carter is feeling buoyed after a successful coronation celebration at The Vic, which has helped to ease her depression over losing love of her life Mick Carter.

But things are about to come crashing down around her ears when she receives a stark reminder in the post...

Opening a letter, she reels to find Mick's 'Presumption of Death' certificate. She's had to wait for months to get official confirmation of his 'death', as Mick was presumed drowned in the sea, although his body has never been found.

When Suki Panesar finds out about the certificate, she's pleased, telling husband Nish Panesar that Linda is now able to go ahead with the sale of The Vic. Suki and Nish are sure that they'll soon be the pub's new owners after agreeing a deal with Linda.

It seems like there might be a flaw in their plan, however...

Linda makes a call to a mystery person and says the The Vic is nearly theirs. She mentions that she's only keeping Nish and Suki hanging until the mystery buyer can secure the money.

Who could it be?

Kim Fox has been struggling with anxiety ever since her car crash, where her boyfriend's son Denzel Danes nearly died.

Distracted by a shock phone message, Kim ploughed her new car into scaffolding and Denzel was rushed to hospital.

Fortunately, Denzel has made a good recovery but Kim was arrested for driving without due care and attention. With the court case set for the next day, it's left her feeling even more strung out.

Needing to go out on a work errand, a nervous Kim gets into the car. She's left paralysed by fear when it triggers her anxiety and she goes into a full blown panic attack.

Denzel finds Kim locked in the car and he's horrified, concerned that she's having a heart attack.

After talking Kim into unlocking the car, he's relieved that it's not her heart. When she admits she was having a panic attack, he's concerned that she's been keeping her anxiety to herself.

Denzel makes Kim promise to tell his dad Howie Danes the truth about how she's been feeling but will she open up?

Sonia Fowler is devastated after boyfriend Reiss Colwell's betrayal. When he was forced to confess his bombshell secret, a horrified Sonia kicked him out.

Reiss was in turmoil and spent the night in his car, not knowing where to turn. When Eve Unwin finds him she takes pity on him and encourages him to explain the story to her.

Once Reiss has revealed everything, Eve can understand why he's been keeping secrets. Knowing that there's more to the situation than first meets the eye, she decides to help him out.

Popping round to see Sonia, Eve encourages her to hear what Reiss has to say before she makes a final judgement.

Can Sonia put aside her upset to listen to him?

Also, Alfie Moon leaves Stacey Slater concerned about paying her bills when he announces he's moving out of the Slater house. It seems Alfie is about to get a flatmate, without asking for one, when Freddie Slater insists that he's moving in with him!



WEDNESDAY

Linda Carter has been harbouring some very big news about the future of the Queen Vic.

She's been keeping Suki Panesar and Nish Panesar dangling over the sale the pub - along with her best friend Sharon Watts!

Having promised the pub to both interested parties, it seems that Linda has had another plan in mind all along. Linda has a mystery buyer but has been waiting to see if they can secure the money to agree the sale.

An over confident Suki and Nish assume the deal is in the bag and they take their associates for a tour of the pub to show off what they think is the latest acquisition to their business empire.

It doesn't take long for Linda to burst their bubble when she reveals she's pulling out of their agreement. While Suki is fuming, Nish plays it cool, saying it's just business.

Linda has a bigger hurdle to overcome, however...

When her best mate Sharon Watts insisted she wanted to buy into the pub, although reluctant, Linda felt obliged to agree.

Sharon is stunned when Linda tells her the truth, feeling completely betrayed and they end up in a huge cat fight!

Just as things are about to get out of hand the doors of the pub are flung open and the new owner walks in...

It's Linda's mum Elaine Peacock!

Kim Fox is in a state before her court case for the car crash that badly injured Denzel Danes.

She's been suffering from panic attacks ever since the smash, but only Denzel knows how bad her anxiety has been.

When Denzel finds out that Kim still hasn't told his dad Howie Danes about her panic attacks, he's concerned.

At court, Kim is touched to see Howie and Denzel there to support her.

Although Kim's solicitor reassures her that she'll get off with a fine, when the judge gives their verdict, everyone is stunned...

Will Kim end up in jail?

Ben Mitchell helps out his mum Kathy Beale with her grand Eurovision party at The Prince Albert. When Kathy notices that Ben is looking completely strung out, she's worried.

It's also clear to Ben's husband Callum Highway that he's been pushing himself too hard and he begs him to slow down with work.

After Ben vowed to help Jay Brown spend as much time as he can with dying wife Lola Pearce, he's been taking on huge amounts of work at the car lot and the undertakers. It's taken his toll but he doesn't want to let them down.

Realising that now Lola's stepped back from work at the salon, the couple are strapped for cash, Ben promises to do more overtime to cover their costs.

Is he putting his health in danger?


THURSDAY

Rocky Cotton has arranged a special performance for fiancee Kathy Beale's Eurovision party but he panics when Sonia Fowler pulls out.

Not willing to let Kathy down, he goes through his phone book and makes a call to an old friend...

Jean Slater is pushed into taking to the stage but everyone is stunned when Rocky's mystery guest arrives.

To the whole crowd's delight, as the Walford residents prepare to do a rendition of the UK's 1981 Eurovision winning song Making Your Mind Up, original Bucks Fizz band member and presenter Cheryl Baker arrives!

Ben Mitchell has been running himself ragged trying to make sure that Lola Pearce's final months are happy.

After Lola received the sad news that her brain tumour is progressing fast, her friends and family have had to come to terms with the fact that they've not got long left with her.

When Ben generously told Lola's husband Jay Brown he could take paid leave from work to spend time with his wife, he took on the extra burden himself.

Having to also pitch in with the Eurovision party at The Prince Albert, it's all getting too much.

Breaking down with exhaustion, Ben's head is in a muddle. He's promised Jay that he'll bring his and Lola's daughter Lexi Pearce to the party but he's so tired he forgets.

Lola and Jay don't realise just how much of a state Ben is in and they're annoyed when he turns up without her.

Struggling with their anger, Ben gets drunk and picks a fight with poor Vinny Panesar!

Lola is horrified to see that Ben is about to start throwing punches and she screams at him to stop.

Everyone stares at Ben in horror and he realises that he's gone too far...

Linda Carter is doing her best to manage the situation after her shock news that her mum Elaine Peacock is taking over the pub!

Sharon Watts feels completely betrayed by her friend, who had promised the pub to her. Alfie Moon encourages Linda to go after Sharon after she storms out to try and make things up to her.

Although devastated, Sharon agrees to hear Linda out.

Meanwhile, Nish Panesar is quietly fuming that Linda double-crossed him and wife Suki Panesar over the Vic deal. He tries to rattle Elaine, but she's spent enough time running pubs that she's not going to let Nish intimidate her!

Later that night, Elaine and Linda hear a noise from the bar and when they come downstairs they find it trashed.

The mystery intruders have left a glass flamingo, a gift to Linda from Nish, intact on the bar.

Is it a calling card from Nish and have they made a dangerous enemy?

Also, Kim Fox is left in shock after her court ordeal and Denzel Danes asks Amy Mitchell's advice on how to get Kim to open up. Will Kim agree to get help for her panic attacks?

Rocky tells Kathy that he overheard a strange phone conversation that Reiss had. Kathy tells him to drop it, as it's Sonia's birthday.

Later, when Reiss is nearly late for the Coronation performance, Rocky demands an explanation and Sonia overhears. In the aftermath, Sonia is left devastated and she orders Reiss out of her life.

Meanwhile, Kim and Tara Misu perform as Dusty Springfield during the Coronation celebrations. However, Kim freaks out when she realises that she can't see Denzel in the crowd.

Elsewhere, Karen begs Suki to convince Nish to drop his vendetta against Keanu.

Also today, Finlay panics when he loses the diamond necklace that was left in Avery's car.

Martin comforts Sonia in the fallout from Reiss' confession. Eve takes pity on Reiss, who has slept in his car all night.

Later, Eve suggests to Sonia that she should listen to Reiss' side of the story.

Meanwhile, Suki and Nish are pleased when Mick's 'Presumption of Death' certificate arrives, which means there are no more obstacles to them securing The Vic. However, Linda gets in touch with her mystery caller and admits that she's stringing the Panesars along.

Elsewhere, Stacey worries about losing Alfie's financial contribution to the household when Alfie announces that he's moving out. Freddie also announces that he'll be moving into the flat.

Also today, Denzel finds Kim having a panic attack, but Kim decides not to confide in Howie.

Finally, Felix and Finlay have the necklace valued.

Linda admits to Alfie that she has been lying to Sharon and the Panesars to keep them sweet in case her mystery buyer for The Vic falls through. Suki is furious when Linda admits that she's pulling out of the deal, but Nish is nonplussed and insists that it's just business.

When Linda also comes clean with Sharon, a huge fight breaks out. The bust-up is interrupted when The Vic's new co-owner walks in ? Linda's mum Elaine.

Meanwhile, Kim continues to suffer panic attacks. She heads to court and the outcome leaves everyone shocked.

Elsewhere, Sonia firmly stands by her decision over Reiss, but Lola's observation about love makes a big impact on her.

Also today, Lola accepts that she needs to stop working. Worried about the financial impact on Lola and Jay, caring Ben promises to do more overtime to cover their costs.

Alfie encourages Linda to mend her friendship with Sharon. Although Sharon agrees to listen to Linda, it's unclear whether they can ever reconcile.

Nish starts using some intimidation tactics, which fail to make any impact on Elaine. However, Linda and Elaine are shocked when they hear noises in the night.

They come downstairs to find that the pub has been trashed. A glass flamingo, previously gifted from Nish to Linda, has been left on the bar as an apparent clue to who's responsible.

Meanwhile, Denzel and Amy try to convince Kim to open up after the shock she received in court. Kim is touched that Denzel cares so much, so she agrees to seek medical help.

Elsewhere, Rocky comes up with a mystery musical guest for Kathy's party ? Cheryl Baker from Bucks Fizz.

Also today, Ben is exhausted and forgets to collect Lexi. Things get out of control as Ben becomes drunk at Kathy's party and picks a fight with Vinny. Ben realises he has gone too far when he sees everyone's horrified reaction.
