Exclamation Casualty Spoilers 11th March 2023

Next week on Casualty, Robyn stands up to Jacob on her final day in the ED, while Marty and David struggle to put patient-care first and Iain and Faith get passionate.

Here's a full collection of the biggest moments coming up:

    1. Robyn prepares to leave

It's Robyn's final day in the ED after ten years, following her decision to move to Wigan with partner Paul.

As Robyn celebrates treating her final patient at Holby hospital, she's thrown a curveball when Jacob asks her to stay a few hours longer.

Despite her reservations, Robyn takes pity on Jacob ? especially after learning that there's been a major incident at a fairground ? and agrees. But is it a decision she'll live to regret?

    2. Faith faces a difficult day

Faith joins Iain and Teddy to treat the injured at the fairground.

She is alarmed when she hears they can't pull anyone out of the rubble until HEMS arrive on the scene.

Faith and Iain work together to keep the trapped patients comfortable, but it soon becomes clear that they could be out of their depth.

    3. David clashes with Jacob

Jacob continues to ruffle feathers among his team with his controversial decisions.

Having kept Robyn on shift for longer than intended, Jacob then interrupts her leaving party to tear the rest of the nurses away.

Jacob explains that there has been a major incident, and he needs all hands on deck, dismissing David's queries about agency staff.

David later pulls Jacob up when he demands a high-risk patient is moved. When Jacob brushes off his concerns again, David takes matters into his own hands.

    4. Robyn stands up to Jacob

Fed up with Jacob's sudden lack of empathy, Robyn overrides his instructions regarding a patient's boyfriend.

This results in a huge showdown between the pair, which sees Robyn finally stand up to Jacob over his behaviour of late.

With no support from Charlie, Robyn departs the ED under a cloud.

    5. Marty supports a patient

Marty is concerned when he witnesses a patient ? Raphael ? collapse in front of him. Raphael ? who is transgender ? has developed sepsis from a needle and has been buying testosterone online.

Marty later learns that Raphael turned to online drugs, having been on the waiting list for an appointment at the gender clinic for two years.

Marty urges Raphael to stop injecting drugs that haven't been authorised by a doctor, and promises to make some calls himself.

    6. Iain and Faith get passionate

At the end of a difficult shift, Faith is inspired to seize the day and act on her growing attraction to Iain.

They share a passionate kiss in the ambulance station, and arrange a date for after work.

Unfortunately, Faith's prior commitments soon get in the way again, leaving Iain disappointed again.

    7. There's a twist?

While we have been sworn to secrecy over this, fans may want to watch next week's Casualty's episode live to get the shock factor intended.

That's right, there is a major plot twist that is being kept out of the spoilers prior to transmission, which you may not see coming. Or maybe you will. But either way, it's a big 'un.

Casualty airs these scenes on Saturday, March 11 on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer.
