Next week on Casualty, Jan and Sah make amends, while Dylan makes a breakthrough in his investigation into the care home and Stevie makes an unsettling discovery.

Here's a full collection of the nine biggest moments coming up.

1. Jan returns to work

Jan is back to work but things are awkward between her and Sah. They arrive at a beach, where they treat refugees Fayez and Amal ? whom they believe to be father and daughter ? after they were washed up by the sea.

Afterwards, Jan and Sah tend to Christy, who claims she forgot to pay before she collapsed outside a supermarket.

2. Jan clashes with Sah

When she spots Christy stealing Sah's wallet, Jan questions why Sah is so happy to give a thief the benefit of the doubt but not her.

Sah, in turn, accuses Jan of acting like nothing has happened since returning to work.

Angry, Jan storms to the ambulance station, where she discovers Fayez stealing supplies while treating a nasty injury.

3. Dylan grows more suspicious

Dylan is still on a mission to discover what's been going on at the care home.

When the ED becomes overwhelmed by elderly patients from Willco House, Dylan orders everyone to put on PPE while they try to figure out the progression of the neurological and physiological symptoms.

However, Dylan is shocked when Willco House care home manager advises him to leave Mrs Dolma alone, claiming that she often gets distressed.

4. Jan and Sah make amends

Jan contemplates reporting Fayez but is moved by his story. He's a doctor who fled his country from conscription, and is trying to find his wife.

Sah realises what's going on and angrily tells Fayez to take responsibility and be honest with Amal about her parents. Jan resonates with this and later makes amends with Sah.

5. Dylan and Faith make a discovery

Dylan and Faith are frustrated that they are no closer to discovering the cause of their patient's illness, and are panicked by the thought of what they'll do if the others suddenly similarly deteriorate.

Dylan also notices that Paul seems ill and is developing similar symptoms to the residents, having eaten some food sprinkled with their herbs.

Dylan asks Mrs Dolma where she found her 'seasoning', and learns that it came from the care home garden, as the food they give them isn't fit without it.

6. Dylan has a breakthrough

Paul's predicament alerts Dylan to the fact the residents are suffering from aconite poisoning, and he identifies an antidote.

After making another concerning discovery, Dylan confronts the care home manager about the welfare of her residents.

Later, Dylan tells Faith that he believes this isn't just neglect, but also abuse. What will he do about it?

7. Stevie makes an unsettling discovery

While treating frequent flyer Giles, Stevie is shocked to hear she's got a handful of bad reviews online.

As she scrolls through them, Stevie wonders if Jonty is responsible, but realises he has deleted his online presence.

Faith points out that given the specificity of the reviews, they must have been left by someone who works with Stevie and knows her.

8. Marcus reveals his true colours

After confronting Paige over the reviews, a shaken Stevie asks Marcus if he can get them taken down.

She's grateful when he agrees, and is even more relieved when Marcus assures her they can still be friends.

However, after Stevie leaves, Marcus's intentions become clear when he leaves another bad review about her. He's the person responsible.

9. Paige and Teddy team up

Paige finds support in Teddy as they reunite refugee couple Hesther and Gulpari.

The pair had feared they'd lost each other on the way to the UK, where they can be open about their relationship for the first time.

Casualty airs these scenes on Saturday (January 21) on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer.
