Well we know Al is leaving Emmerdale, so Chas probably isn't, I have a sneaking feeling that in the struggle for the gun, Cain is wounded and Al does a runner thinking Cain might be dead.

    MONDAY

Everything has fallen apart for Moira Dingle

Her husband, Cain (Jeff Hordley), is now doing time behind bars after being arrested for the fatal shooting of businessman, Al Chapman, last month.

However, in a SHOCK turn of events, Cain has revealed to Moira that it was his own young son, Kyle, who pulled the trigger and killed Al...

Knowing the KILLER TRUTH must be kept underwraps, Moira is ready to flee the village to protect her young son, Isaac.

On tonight's episode of the ITV soap, Moira visits Cain behind bars.

Could this be a FINAL goodbye between the couple, with Cain still willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to protect Kyle?

Meanwhile, Kerry Wyatt (Laura Norton) has been left devastated by Al's death.

The couple were engaged and planning a happy future together.

Kerry was glad to see Cain arrested for the fatal shooting at Butler's Farm.

But she remains unaware of her own grandson, Kyle's involvement.

With the day of Al's funeral approaching, Kerry asks Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) if she will consider accompanying her to say their goodbyes.

Which is all very awkward for married woman Chas, who was carrying on a SECRET affair with Al and was planning to flee the village with her lover!

WHAT will Chas decide to do, without revealing her true feelings about the terrible turn of events?

After the outcome in court last week, Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler) feels like she's getting closer to the closure she needs after being attacked by a girl gang a few months ago.

There's an awkward exchange between Nicola and Naomi Walters (Karene Peter) in the village.

But Nicola soon starts to see that Naomi is genuinely regretful for her involvement with manipulative Saskia and her gal pals.

Could there finally be a truce between Nicola and Naomi?

    TUESDAY

Paddy Kirk (played by Dominic Brunt) starts to worry about his wife, Chas Dingle's (Lucy Pargeter) emotional state of mind on Emmerdale (7:30pm - see our TV Guide for listings)...

Chas is secretly grieving for Al Chapman, who she was having an affair with for months.

As the day of Al's funeral arrives, Chas is not sure she can face it.

Chas is wrecked with grief over the terrible turn of events that led to her brother, Cain (Jeff Hordley) confronting Al with a shotgun at Butler's Farm...

After Chas pushes him away and becomes a sobbing mess, Paddy starts to question what has got her so shook.

Confiding in Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick), Paddy starts to wonder if there's more to Chas's escalating grief than meets the eye...

Meanwhile, Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) doesn't feel ready to say a final goodbye to his wife, Liv, who was killed during the recent storm.

Vinny, now in possession of Liv's ashes, gathers with close family and friends to pay tribute to Liv.

But in true Dingle tradition, things take a chaotic turn when Vinny's new pet dog, Chip, decides to get involved in the proceedings.

Which results in Liv's ashes being tipped all over Vinny!

    Whoops!

Will grieving Vinny manage to see the funny side?

Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) visits Cain in prison after his sister, Moira's (Natalie J Robb) departure.

Cain is alarmed when he realises Mackenzie now knows the truth about Kyle's involvement in the fatal shooting of Al inside the barn at Butler's Farm...

Cain's mood doesn't improve when he discovers his wife, Moira, has left the village and fled to Belfast with their young son, Isaac.

As Cain loses his cool, it all threatens to kick-off!

Is Cain about to land himself in even more trouble behind bars?

    Wednesday

Amelia Spencer (played by Daisy Campbell) is starting to struggle with life as a single mum on Emmerdale

Ever since she found out she was pregnant, Amelia's baby daddy, Samson Dingle (Sam Hall) has been no help whatsoever.

Samson is not interested in being a dad, and previously tried to pressure Amelia into having an abortion...

However, after going into labour and giving birth to baby daughter, Esther, during the dramatic storm, Amelia is determined to do make the most of motherhood.

But it's starting to take its toll.

On tonight's episode Amelia starts to doubt her abilities as a mum.

Her dad, Dan tries to reassure her that things will get better.

    But Amelia is not convinced.

She's desperate for a break but unable to find a babysitter.

However, Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) has an idea...

Samson is NOT impressed when his stepmum, Lydia, leaves him holding the baby!

Later, when Amelia arrives at the Dingle family farm to pick-up Esther, she is stunned when Samson suggests they put their daughter up for adoption!

Samson cruelly reminds Amelia that she previously booked an appointment for an abortion...

But Samson's scheming backfires and just convinces Amelia that she is on her own as far as baby Esther is concerned.

She warns the angry lad that SHE will decide what's best for Esther and not him!

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Samson is ready to give up so easily.

He's determined to get rid of his unwanted child one way or another...

Sinking to a new low, Samson makes an EMERGENCY phone call.

WHAT kind of trouble is Samson sending Amelia's way?

    Thursday

Chloe Harris is still trying to get her head around the fact that her former housekeeper, Kerry Wyatt (Laura Norton), is actually her long-lost mum

But Chloe is ready to step-up and do what she can to support Kerry in the aftermath of the death of Kerry's fiance, Al Chapman.

On tonight's ONE-HOUR airing of the ITV soap, Kerry wants to find out more about a loan that Al took out in her name.

Chloe offers to help but soon makes a startling discovery that leads her to suspect that Al may have been cheating on Kerry with another woman...

Chloe teams-up with friend, Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins), to SNOOP through some of Al's past credit card statements.

The plot thickens when Al's estate agent calls and lets slip that the house he was buying was for his partner and her child...

Convinced that Al was having an affair, will Chloe share her suspicions with Kerry?

Dan Spencer (Liam Fox) is surprised when a social worker comes knocking on the door of Dale Head.

Both Dan and his daughter, Amelia (Daisy Campbell), are shocked when they discover an anonymous complaint has been made about Amelia's baby daughter, Esther!

Is Amelia about to see her child taken into care?

Meanwhile, Sam Dingle (James Hooten) is horrified to discover his son, Samson (Sam Hall), was behind the call to social services.

Samson has no intention of being a dad to baby Esther and wants her out of his life!

Sam tries to reason with Samson over his terrible behaviour.

But Samson delivers a low blow when he makes it clear he doesn't want to be anything like his dad.

It's all too much for Sam, who unexpectedly collapses to the ground...

David Metcalfe (Matthew Wolfenden) decides to offer a delivery service, to try and boost business at his village shop.

But things don't get off to a good start when he receives a speeding ticket, which could cost him his driver's licence...

David's girlfriend, Victoria, is left reeling after he asks her to take the blame for his crime!

    WHAT will Victoria do?

Unfortunately for Kerry, Al was purchasing a dream home for him and SECRET LOVER Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) to live in!

However, after Al's SHOCK death by shotgun, during a confrontation with Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) at Butler's Farm, Kerry is now starting to discover that Al is not the man she thought he was...

Kerry's daughter, Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland), has made the suspicious discovery that Al was probably cheating on Kerry with another woman at the time of his death.

But they are unaware that the other woman was Chas...
