Priya is concerned for her friend.

At the same time, Liam is offloading to Bernice and when thoughts of their relationship resurface, Liam kisses a shocked Bernice. Bernice insists stricken Liam tell Leyla the truth.

Elsewhere, Dan is surprised when Harriet commits to a relationship with him. Although happy for them, it's clear Amelia is still saddened by thoughts of Noah.

Watching from afar and seeing Leyla cry, Bernice is left to believe Liam has come clean. Leyla can't believe what she's hearing when oblivious Bernice mentions her kiss with Liam.

Meanwhile, Amelia is left fuming when she learns Dan forced Noah into breaking up with her. Dan is left well aware he has messed up when Amelia decides to move out.

Elsewhere, Faith and Pollard have a drunken afternoon and zoom back into the village in a stolen golf cart.

Dan is furious when he sees them, but his outburst only drives Amelia further away. He regrets his actions when he realises he has really gone and blown it now.

MONDAY 19th

There was a time when Bernice Blackstock would have given her right arm for a kiss from Liam Cavanagh.

She was once engaged to the village doctor and totally in love with the man. But when she was forced to leave the village to attend to some family stuff he ended up moving on and marrying another woman.

A lot has happened since then and Bernice, having tried to disrupt his marriage to Leyla when she returned to Emmerdale, eventually gave up on the idea of reconciling with Liam.

But Liam's marriage is now on a knife's edge.

With Leyla fresh out of rehab and in recovery from an addiction to cocaine, the couple's life is in a difficult place.

As Leyla confides in her best mate Priya, Liam finds himself offloading to Bernice.

However, as talk turns to their past, Liam tries to kiss his ex!

Bernice is utterly shocked and insists Liam tells Leyla immediately?

Elsewhere, the road to romance proves to equally bumpy for Harriet and Dan.

With Dan having tried and failed to share a kiss the copper a while back, he's stunned when Harriet does a u-turn and plants one on him!

Later, Harriet's still not sure whether she's into Dan or not but when Faith encourages her to give him a chance, Harriet takes the plunge?

Amelia's pleased to see her lonely dad smiling again - but as she watches Dan and Harriet get all coupley she can't help but think about what she's lost now she and Noah aren't talking.

Also, Home Farm becomes a battleground.



TUESDAY 20th


Having rejected Liam's attempt at an ill-advised kiss, Bernice is expecting her ex to fill in his wife Leyla.

So when she sees wedding planner Leyla in tears she reckons he's done the deed.

Big mistake.

Liam's actually done nothing of the sort.

Scared to rock the boat, he backs out of telling Leyla and instead suggests they make a real go of repairing their damaged marriage.

So imagine Leyla's reaction when mistaken Bernice brings up the kiss?

Across the village, Faith Dingle is determined to live out her last days to the full and has a brilliant drunken afternoon with Pollard.

Brenda's stunned when the pair whizz into view behind the wheel of a golf cart, clearly 10 sheets to the wind!

Faith's having the time of her life but time is tragically ticking for the gran who has terminal cancer?

Dan is left kicking himself when his teenage daughter finds out he was behind her rift with Noah.

As she fumes about his interference, the pregnant schoolgirl snaps and announces she's moving out.


WEDNESDAY. 21st


Amelia Spencer has had a crush on Noah Dingle for ages. And they're about to become a full-blown proper thing.

Though the teenager is pregnant with Samson Dingle's child, Noah's started to fall for her.

Amelia's dad Dan has tried and tried to keep his daughter from starting up with the Dingle who's fresh out of juvenile jail but it seems his efforts have ended up pushing them together.

As they heal their recent rift, they seal it with a kiss and Noah vows to be everything she and the baby need.

Dan explodes when he clocks the embrace but is left regretting his outburst which only serves to do more damage to his already tattered relationship with daughter Amelia.

Elsewhere, Liam's concern grows, and the problems continue at Home Farm.


THURSDAY 22nd


Liam Cavanagh has had a hell of a time of it.

Not only did his daughter Leanna die last July but it turned out her bridge-fall death was an act of murder. Her murderer was Liam's colleague, Meena Jutla who was discovered to be a serial killer.

As Liam's world went into freefall in the wake of the murder so did his marriage to Leyla who tried to stand strong and support the doctor through his grief.

But Liam's plight had a serious affect on Leyla, too, who ended up turning to cocaine to blot out her emotional pain.

Liam was in the dark about his wife's addiction for a long time ? until he found her unconscious on the floor of their home.

Now, Leyla's on the path to recovery and the couple must decide whether they have the strength to fight for their marriage.

But in the fallout of it all, fragile Liam recently found himself kissing his ex Bernice in a moment of churned-up madness.

Worse still, Bernice has told Leyla thinking that Liam had already come clean?

Now it's Liam's turn to face the music from Leyla and it's fair to say a huge shock is coming his way?

Over at Home Farm, the turmoil continues and Dawn's having a terrible time of it?



FRIDAY 23rd


With Faith Dingle terminally ill with cancer, her kids Cain and Chas are under immense strain.

Their world is unravelling fast and there are horrible decisions that have to be made.

As the siblings navigate the latest painful twist in their journey, the normally close pair clash? but what's got them arguing and can they resolve it?

Meanwhile, Chas has other problems brewing in the background what with her being in the middle of a passionate affair with village bad boy Al Chapman.

With Chas' husband Paddy none the wiser, and valiantly being a rock for his troubled wife, the landlady is riddled with guilt? Will she call time on her fling?

Elsewhere, in the wake of the saga up at Home Farm, stressed-out mum Dawn shelves her rift with Harriet and agrees to let her help her?
