As far as I'm aware there is no specific law against it, but if they wanted to prosecute someone for doing it they could use public indency laws to charge them

There ought to be a law against places like that. sure they can close a bunch down and they will reapear else where.. gee whiz

Yep but the police have more to deal with here like muggings and bulageries and catching people going 35 in a 40 zone, than to close down dogging sites!

Thats usually always the case isn't it..unless there is some undercover cops watching it..and checking out all the locations and getting info..they might do a big bust one day..Maybe then they will get some big names in their arrest books......
