Sarah escapes from the mental institution so all the people that she is likely to attack get told by inspector baker that they must find a safe place to hide until they catch her. So leah offer for them all (Kirsty, Kane, Jesse, Noah, and Hayley) to go stay at hers as it is the last place that sarah will look.
Dani & Scott arrive back off their holiday and when they arrive back at the palace sarah is there waiting for them.
Sarah makes Scott gag and bind Dani, then forced Scott to drive her to Leahs house where all the others are. She made all the girls tie up the men, then she gave everyone an ultimatum-She gave everyone an ultimatum - tell me who killed Felix, or I start shooting! At that moment, Alf and Colleen arrived, bearing food for everyone. At this stage no-one outside knew anything about what was going on.
Rhys, returning from the city, found Dani tied up at the Palace. He freed her, and she explained what had happened - they both hurried to Leah's house.
There, Alf tried to claim responsibility for Felix's death, but Sarah dismissed him as a liar. Peter woke up briefly and whispered to Leah - the shocking news that Vinnie is not dead! But she was not in any position to react.
Sarah started the final countdown as Rhys and Dani arrived - they ran to the house just as they heard five gunshots...
