Tensions flare when Nicolette refuses to consider giving David and Aaron more than 50/50 custody.

Wednesday 20 October (UK: Monday 01 November)

Paul makes enquiries into criminal lawyers, rattling Nicolette and Jane * to the point that Jane offers Paul a deal she thinks he can?t refuse
Melanie reacts badly to a medical issue. * While wrestling, Melanie slips and fractures her wrist, with the damage suggesting that she may be at risk of osteoporosis
Toadie is delighted when Nell shows an interest in his pro wrestling pastime.

Thursday 21 October (UK: Tuesday 02 November)

Terese admits to Harlow that she misses Paul and is sad at the thought of spending her life without him. *Harlow probes for more information and her next move is one that breaks Terese?s trust completely
A conflicted Aaron gets advice from Toadie to take up Paul's offer.

"From Friend to Foe
Is this the end of Jane and Paul's decades long friendship?

Ever since Nicolette came back to Erinsborough with baby Isla, Jane has found herself stuck between her daughter and her granddaughter's fathers, Aaron and David.

Although Jane is trying not to get involved, that's becoming far more difficult thanks to her long-time friend Paul who is also David's father.

Jane feels like the meat in the sandwich between Nicolette, David and Aaron. She feels like she's constantly putting out fires between them. She can empathise with both sides and wants what's best for everyone but is well aware of crossing boundaries.

When Jane overhears Paul talking to a lawyer, she is devastated because she knows how painful and costly the process could be for everyone involved. Desperate to resolve the issue, she goes to Paul with an ultimatum. Although Jane's been hurt by Paul, she's willing to forgive him for everything he's put her through if he agrees to leave lawyers out of things.

But despite their friendship, her appeal is not enough for Paul. He is twisted in knots because of his friendship with Jane but decides to go against her wishes because David is his son and Nicolette is untrustworthy.

To make things more serious, instead of going to a family lawyer to sort out Isla's custody, Paul decides a criminal lawyer is the way to go. He feels a criminal lawyer will be more aggressive towards Nicolette's plight, particularly as she showed her colours running away when she was heavily pregnant.

Jane decides this is the final straw in their friendship. She's disappointed and saddened by his decision. Blood is thicker than water and Jane's loyalties must lie with her daughter."

Tensions rise as Nicolette refuses to let go of how she has been parenting Isla. She's feeling the pressure and blurts out to Jane something she instantly regrets.

Panicked Jane offloads to Chloe, but Chloe shares this with the boys, making everything much worse.

Meanwhile, Paul is holding out hope that Jesse's visit will help soften Terese's rage.

While Jesse makes a valid argument for thinking Paul and David did the right thing by him in the end, is it enough to sway Terese into fully forgiving Paul and taking him back?

Nicolette feels the boys are constantly watching her when they time their shifts so she doesn't get a minute alone with Isla.

Although Nicolette understands the fear that she may run off again, she hates the feeling of being continually monitored.

Meanwhile, upon realising Chloe's taking off to Adelaide, Harlow offers to step up and help Terese at Lassiters. Terese doesn't think it's a good idea for Harlow to help with managerial issues, given the recent strike, but Harlow won't miss the opportunity to prove herself.

Elsewhere, Hendrix appears to have settled since his health scare, but he is immediately rattled when he feels a mysterious pain. He becomes even more distressed, and snaps at Mackenzie when she tries to help him with his future. Is Hendrix about to ruin his relationship over his fears?

Ned and Levi are respecting Amy's wishes and giving her space after racy rumours about their sleepover swirl through the community.

Amy is still struggling with the gossip, but hasn't come clean to Ned and Levi about what her issue really is.

Meanwhile, Levi is getting stick for it at the station. Fed up with being the subject of workplace gossip, he's led by Sheila to wonder if it's all worth it. When he bumps into an attractive stranger, he accepts an invitation for a drink. Is Levi on a date with a different woman?

Elsewhere, to Mackenzie's disappointment, Hendrix accepts her push for a break. Later, in the face of his continued negative attitude, Karl ropes in Kyle to talk to him. Kyle suspects he knows what's really going on, and gives Hendrix an ultimatum he can't ignore.

Hendrix is forced to be honest with the Kennedys and explain that his appalling behaviour has been triggered by a fear of having testicular cancer.

Everyone's on tenterhooks as Hendrix visits the doctor. Will he get the result he's after, or has his fear been for good reason?

Meanwhile, Amy finally finds the right moment to come clean to the boys and admits her fears about them potentially becoming attracted to each other.

Ned and Levi assure her they aren't each other's type before Levi opens up to Amy about wanting to date other people. Levi's surprised by Amy's answer.

Levi is thrown by Amy's hypocritical stance: why can she have two boyfriends but isn't prepared to let him explore the option of having another partner?

Levi announces to Amy that he will be going on a date with Felicity. Amy has to decide if she can handle that, or end things with him.

Meanwhile, Harlow fakes an error into the roster Chloe created, to one-up herself. When she doesn't show up at a meeting, Terese is suspicious and later confronts her over that and the roster situation.

Harlow's busted, but things are about to get even more complicated when someone unexpected shows up.

Neighbours spoilers follow.

Neighbours' David Tanaka and Aaron Brennan are embroiled in a custody row with Nicolette Stone over baby Isla on UK screens next week.

After Nicolette's (Charlotte Chimes) sudden disappearance a few months ago, David (Takaya Honda) and Aaron (Matt Wilson) have found it difficult to trust her despite the three of them living under the same roof again with Isla.

There is tension between both sides, and the situation ends up escalating in an unpleasant way.

In upcoming scenes, David and Aaron, who need to be at work for the day, are uncomfortable with Nicolette being at home alone with Isla. They still do not fully trust her not to run away.

Separately, David and Aaron drop in home to check on Nicolette and Isla, and it leaves Nicolette feeling angry that they can't stop monitoring her.

Things get worse when Nicolette hears David and Aaron making plans to call Leo and spend time with Abigail. She doesn't take this well, believing they should be focused on Isla.

But David and Aaron counter that the current situation isn't helping them get over losing Abigail, and that they need more bonding time with Isla than they currently have.

Afterwards, it seems both sides are willing to work together. That peace does not last.

David and Aaron are beginning to feel closer to their baby, but when they bring up the possibility of a new parenting arrangement, both sides fall out.

A 50/50 custody is the most Nicolette is willing to give the boys, but David is deeply unhappy with the suggestion, saying that their original agreement was to make David and Aaron the primary caregivers. Nicolette believes the circumstances have changed since then.

When the trio cannot agree on a solution that works for everyone, the situation threatens to get even more nasty.

Neighbours airs these scenes on Monday, October 25, Tuesday, October 26 and Friday, October 29 at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5.

Amy's phone showed Friday 1 October when Felicity's message flashed up. Unusual because they are often in sync with the current Aus air date. Could be a consequence of skipping Friday episodes now?
