Hmmm...well, you're allowed one duff storyline...

I personally don't believe this storyline (okay I may have to eat my words) but it just seems too ridiculous. Lets face it though all soaps go through a ridiculous plot phase - don't forget the mouse storyline in Easties.
Norris is definitely not a pointless character - he is great. The twins and scooter should definitely go in my opinion.
I would also revert Shelley back to the old Shelley - not the one who lets Charlie walk all over her and never fights back.
You mean, when they had rats in May?Originally Posted by Keating's babe
That worked IMHO because it wasn't a deliberate attempt at comedy it was a reason to introduce the cat as a symbol that Kat was about to burst back onto our screens. It made for some comical dialogue as always between the ever superior Dorothy Cotton and her estranged husband Jim Branning and it was cleared up in the space of a week or so.

All he did was wander around with that bag with the key attatched to it wearing his anorak and order a glass of orange juice in the Rovers for years.Originally Posted by parkerman
Then they had a flurry of buying kids etc...very Roy like, it's not like he has any morals is it?
No it was a plot a year or two ago now involving Billy, Mo and a mouse.Originally Posted by Walford Queen
The one where they had a mouse in their flat? That was an OK storyline because you had lots of other things going on as well and EastEnders was on a high back then.Originally Posted by Keating's babe
And to think Sean Wilson had been in the soap for 20 years, and they give him this stupid exit, its ridiculous.

Thank you Jessie Wallace
It reiks of Tony Wood and Carolyn Reynolds, this does!
I wasn't trying to imply EE wasn't good at the time, just that soaps go through a ridiculous plot at some stage.Originally Posted by Walford Queen
They should write Sean Wilson out in an explosive storyline... not some lame one where no-one will really care.
they could at least give him a better Exit
