Holby City Spoilers 23rd February 2021
Next week on Holby City, Dom makes a shocking decision after his health takes a turn for the worst, while Nicky has health concerns of her own and Alex makes an unsettling discovery.
Here are seven of the biggest moments to watch out for:
1. Dom struggles with his new reality...
As he recovers in hospital, Dom is left feeling further frustrated when Ange blocks his discharge.
Determined, Dom takes matters into his own hands and persuades Sacha to help him get home instead. Sacha agrees, but Dom's next move leaves him in danger?
2. ...And makes a terrible mistake
Desperate to find out if he can still live a normal life, a fragile Dom heads straight out on a date ? where he begins drinking heavily.
Not wanting to reveal the truth about his stoma bag, Dom panics when things start to progress ? but that could be the least of his problems as he quickly realises he is bleeding.
Dom manages to make it back to hospital, but his condition has rapidly deteriorated and he now needs further surgery.
3. Donna is smitten with Alex
Following their kiss last night, Donna is besotted with Alex as they struggle to keep their hands off each other (not literally, of course!).
Having confided in a horrified Dom, Donna begins to consider the validity of her relationship with Alex and worries they will never be taken seriously in the real world.
After sharing her fears with Alex, he assures her that he hasn't felt this happy since Zav died, leaving Donna excited to pursue their connection.
4. Alex makes a shocking discovery
Unfortunately, Alex's loved-up bliss with Donna will be rocked when a patient seems to know a sinister amount about him.
As Alex does some further digging, he is horrified when he discovers Bobby's real identity. Who is the patient and what secrets is he keeping?
5. Nicky fears for her health
Nicky's toxic relationship with Cameron is still a cause for concern next week, and Louis is horrified to witness an unsettling moment between them.
With Cameron uninterested, Nicky is forced to turn to Louis and Kian when her health issues appear to be returning.
When Kian gives her food for thought, Nicky takes matters into her own hands and makes a big discovery.
6. Sahira's past comes back to haunt her
Sahira continues to throw herself into her new role next week, but begins to unravel when her husband Rafi arrives at the hospital with their son.
When Kian immediately picks up on the tension between the estranged pair, he can't help but make a sly comment about Sahira's affair ? leading Rafi irritated by her version of events.
Sahira is equally shocked to find out that Rafi has told their children that she walked out on them and confronts Rafi over his economical version of the truth. But what really happened and what is Sahira hiding?
7. Dom makes a shock decision
After undergoing more invasive surgery, Dom takes his anger out on Sacha when he hears what happened in the wake of his accident.
When Sacha unwittingly reveals that he was pulled from the car prematurely, Dom is furious and makes a major decision.
Sacha and Ange are later horrified to learn what Dom is planning, but can anyone change his mind?
