Shane & Dipi's anniversary is in full swing, but Dipi doesn't know the truth about Shane yet.
Mackenzie is furious that Richie was the one who started Shane on this addict spiral.

Tuesday 25 August (UK: Tuesday 15 September)

Dipi struggles with Shane's admission.
Yashvi is embarrassed as she watches Levi interview her father.
Mackenzie is overwhelmed by Richie's betrayal and the actions of Shane, deciding not to apply for the youth advisor to the council position.

Wednesday 26 August (UK: Wednesday 16 September)

Harlow announces she's applied for the youth advisor position.
Levi and Yashvi share their suspicions about Dax, realising they'll need to track down Shane's dealer to get more evidence.
Paul tells Nicolette that her mother is still suffering from her breakup with Des.

Thursday 27 August (UK: Thursday 17 September)

With Fay away with Aaron and David, Chloe gets up to something mysterious, inviting Nicolette in on the fun.
Between his work and family commitments, Toadie hires a personal assistant, the bubbly and energetic Rose Walker.
Nicolette invites Des to Erinsborough to help make things right between him and Jane.

Friday 28 August (UK: Friday 18 September)

To stay in Toadie's good books, Rose blames a mistake she made on Mackenzie, only making Mackenzie suspicious.
Hendrix and Jane notice that Nicolette and Chloe are up to something.
Although grateful to hear Toadie's update about Shane, Dipi struggles with the distance Shane has put between them.

The anniversary dinner is in full swing and Dipi is completely unaware that Shane is battling withdrawals.

Alerted to his situation by a suspicious Mackenzie, Dipi is stunned when Shane finally tells her the truth ? he's an addict.

How will Dipi take the devastating news? Could this be the end of their 20-year marriage?

Meanwhile, Mackenzie is outraged to learn that Richie was the one who gave Shane his first taste of drugs. Is another Neighbours relationship about to end?

The fallout from Shane's admission is massive as people around him process the news.

Dipi struggles to work out how she feels about Shane and is not sure she's ready to give him any hope about their future. Shane vows to get himself better.

Meanwhile, Yashvi takes Shane to the station for formal questioning. Shane gives them the name of his dealer, River, but Yashvi is embarrassed by having to haul her dad in. She's determined to crack the case on her own.

Elsewhere, Mackenzie is so overwhelmed and affected by the twin betrayals from her boyfriend and her pseudo-father figure that she decides not to apply as a candidate for the youth advisor to council position. Harlow feels for her, but is prompted by Roxy to realise she is now free to run herself.

Nicolette admits to Jane that she's still hurt by Jane's reaction to her coming out.

Nicolette feels their rift is slowly mending and expresses this to Paul, but is thrown when he reveals Jane is still affected by her broken marriage to Des ? which, off the back of her catfish incident, caused massive pain. Nicolette determines to help, but what has she done?

Meanwhile, fearing that Dax is corrupt, Yashvi shares this with Levi and is shocked to discover he already suspects it. After pooling their limited knowledge, they realise there's only one way they're getting answers ? they need to find Shane's dealer, River.

Elsewhere, Harlow reveals she has applied to run for the youth advisor to council position. However, when the sign-up sheet is posted at school, Richie admits that he entered Mackenzie as well, believing she'd regret it if she didn't give it a go. The girls reason they can run against each other without it affecting their friendship.

Jane isn't happy to learn Des is coming to Erinsborough. Nicolette defends herself, explaining that after her part in the marriage breakdown, she wants to make things right.

Jane and Des finally have the honest conversation they should have had a long time ago and make a huge decision about their future.

Meanwhile, Toadie is buckling under work and family responsibilities, until Rose Walker arrives ? a bubbly, energetic woman who takes charge in a crisis and immediately secures a job as his PA. But is Rose actually the good-natured woman she appears to be?

Elsewhere, while Fay is away with Aaron and David, Chloe is up to something mysterious. She pulls Nicolette in on the fun and the girls start sneaking around together, keeping it from Pierce. What is their secret?

Nicolette and Chloe are on a high from their secret fun, but Jane and Hendrix have both noticed they're up to something.

Nicolette catches them snooping around the Tanaka house. After giving Hendrix an earful, an anguished Nic admits to Jane that her feelings for Chloe aren't going anywhere.

Meanwhile, Toadie has positive news for Dipi from Shane's therapy session ? he's doing well. Dipi is glad to hear it but struggles to not take his distance personally. Later, Pierce comforts Dipi. Crushed by the stress and pain of her marital turmoil, she's utterly broken.

Elsewhere, Rose is frustrated when she can't break into Toadie's computer. To remain in favour with him, she blames a mistake of hers on Mackenzie, piquing Mackenzie's suspicions that something isn't right. But Rose's excuse gains her more sympathy from Toadie. Mackenzie is watching Rose like a hawk.
