    Exclamation Fenisha Khatri (Olivia D'lima)

Casualty newcomer Olivia D'lima has spoken out about Fenisha Khatri's "juicy" and "emotional" baby storyline.

The BBC medical drama will kick off one of its biggest stories of the spring this weekend (April 25), when new paramedic Fenisha discovers she's pregnant.

Fenisha has been dating womanising doctor Will Noble for the past few weeks, but her baby bombshell is set to rock their budding romance to the core.

The couple are more loved up than ever at the beginning of Saturday's episode (April 25), so much so that Will suggests they take their first holiday together.

Delighted, Fenisha excitedly asks her boss Jan about holiday leave – but her happy bubble is soon burst by the unsettling realisation that her period is late.

After taking several pregnancy tests, Fenisha breaks the news to Will, but there's a further shock in store – he's not the father.

Fans will remember that Fenisha had a one-night stand with Ethan before she got together with Will, making the already-difficult situation a whole lot more complicated.

Although Fenisha refrains from revealing the identity of the baby's father to Will, the news leaves him questioning the status of their relationship.

Despite his attempts to be supportive, Will makes it unequivocally clear to Fenisha that they don't have a future if she continues with the pregnancy.

Seeing Will in a different light, a furious Fenisha breaks up with him, but what does the future hold for them now?

Teasing where the story goes next, Olivia – who plays Fenisha – told Inside Soap: "It's juicy. But it's also a very emotional storyline – what I like about it is that it's not a typical love triangle with game-playing.

"It feels like real people who have to deal with real-life issues, and it's not going to be easy. These relationships are going to change and pretty rapidly."

Casualty airs these scenes on Saturday, April 25 at 7.25pm on BBC One.
